We have admired our cabinets from Bella Domicile since we installed them in 2006. Timeless style. We accidentally broke a piece of a door and I brought it in to see about replacing it. They were able to repair it at fraction of the cost and it is a perfect. I love this kind of service. Kudos to their team!

We spent thousands of dollars on cabinets on a totally custom home.within 2 years the finish started coming off all around the handles. When called out, the representative from Bella said that's "normal ware and tear." So they gave us a kit to fix them ourselves. Well, all the cabinets are doing it! I can literally scrape the finish off with with a light scrape of my finger nail.
Today we had a new kitchen designer out to redo our countertops and she immediately said they should never have done that! Now we are looking at either replacing them for thousands of dollars again, or having them all stripped and refinished or enameled. I wish I could post pictures!

While the kitchen in the end is very nice, the process has been almost a second job for me. Three months from the start of the actual remodel and one year since I first met with Bella, the kitchen is still not done. I am on the replacement to the replacement to the replacement on the cabinet doors. Bellmont doesn't seem to have any quality in their cabinet lines - and I have had knot holes that have come out, substantial dents/dings and outright broken cabinets.
While Bella has been working on getting them replaced it has been a never ending order and reorder and calling on status. Bella's followup and project management is awful. In the beginning, they were great on getting me initial designs, but once they got the retainer, the service dropped to next to nothing. It has been nothing but followup on my part to get to the next step in the process. Cabinets were ordered in May but didn't even arrive before the kitchen remodel process started.
I get a phone call the week the cabinets are to go in from Bella telling me that the cabinets wouldn't be there and they were going to have to move out the install timeline -- and in the process of leaving me that message they asked for their next payment. One thing Bella does well -- is ask for money - the rest of the followup is dismal. I am so tired of having to call to find out the status of the kitchen. Be prepared to have to spend considerable time with followup. Maybe by Christmas my kitchen will be complete - one year and one month after I started the whole process.

I walked in without an appointment and with our blueprint in hand. The design staff were more than willing to drop everything and spend an hour with me. Dondi was wonderful in offering her insights and advice! Although we haven't used them for the official design service yet, we really appreciated our initial customer service experience.

Great Design, friendly staff. Limited supply selection, large markup on labor and materials. Would highly recommend paying for their design, and finding your own labor and supplies. We saved over 20% and received higher quality cabinets (100% solid wood versus furniture board). We were very fortunate to find a great contractor. And had to project manager the renovation ourselves, but we'll worth it. Beware of over promises during early conversations.

As a builder in the Madison area we have worked with Bella Domicile on numerous projects over the years and have always had a positive experience. Bella Domicile has a beautiful showroom that they are always updating and wonderful selections to choose from. Their designers are knowledgeable, creative and their expertise shows in their work. At first we were happy with the design and layout of our kitchen and bathroom cabinets from Bella Domicile, but the cabinets were from DuraSupreme and they soon began showing wear. We had the cabinets for a number of years and started to have problems with the paint peeling off. The company replaced a few cabinet doors but we were told that would be it.
Those doors started to have the paint peeling off again. We finally got the company to come back out and look at them, but they refused to replace any more doors and drawer fronts. They told us we could have new doors at our cost. Today I would instead go to Home Depot and get cabinets and have my kitchen cabinets replaced how many times over the years for what it cost me for the DuraSupreme.
