This beautiful kitchen is located in Austin, Texas. These 2 thick, grey concrete countertops compliment the owner's stainless steel kitchen appliances and overall modern design. Notice the custom interlocking edge seam, as the concrete transitions down the sidewalls of the countertop. This was a highly customized concrete edge form - but not a challenge for our amazing concrete artisans. Bring us your dreams and we'll make it happen! This Wall Street Journal article features an Austin Home with edgey decorative concrete designs.

We are Artisans in the ancient art of sculpting & staining concrete. Providing custom decorative concrete projects in and around Austin, Texas & the Central Texas Hill Country. If you are longing for something solid, something that will last forever, concrete is your answer. Concrete's mass can not be duplicated by synthetic plastics, Marble in the same mass would be prohibitively expensive.
Please note: Color and texture will vary with this handmade concrete product, changing over time as it patinas. Hairline cracks (not to be confused with structural cracks) will also continue to develop over time. This aging process is what makes concrete so unique and a desirable feature for those who want it.
Interior decorative concrete has been used in the Austin Hill country for some time now. Home owners, interior designers and architects like the warm, earthy tones and the ability to customize the color to match any motif. Noted for it's popularity on floors, with Acid Staining techniques, now concrete has been elevated to the countertop level, bringing a more intimate relationship with this timeless, ancient material. I would like to see if we can receive an estimate on a concrete countertop for our half bathroom.
Thanks for sharing this information on park furniture. I would love to see something like this installed in the park by my house. The park that I go to with my kids has a lot of benches, but it would be nice to see more furniture and modern too. I'll have to talk with the city council and see if they would like to have benches like this installed in our town's parks.
