Kent Moore Cabinets

Absolutely the WORST quality and service of any contractor, ever. Sadly, our home builder selected this company to design and install cabinets in our new home. Completely sub-par quality, big chunks out of wood and cabinet bottoms, drawers that will not open or close properly, huge gap under cooktop where they never trimmed it out correctly. Both our builder's warranty team and ourselves have been trying to get someone from Kent Moore to come out and address these issues for over 6 weeks! No response, excuses, no one ever shows up or they show up unannounced with no one home and no way to access the property. BEWARE!

We recently engaged Kent Moore Cabinets to install cabinets in a couple of rooms. We were mostly happy with the work that they did, although the work itself is not the quality that we were led to believe we would receive. We have now attempted to reach KMC a number of times over the last few weeks to resolve some issues with the work and to request an additional items to complete the cabinets.

We have found that it seems their after installation support is pretty much non-existent. The sales consultant that originally worked on this project no longer works with them, and I have attempted to connect with the regional sales manager, Paul, a number of times including through another staff member, Melissa ("thank you"), to no avail. We are engaging another cabinet maker, Harden Cabinets, to fix the issues that exist and for them to finish out the cabinets. I would not recommend Kent Moore Cabinets for any work given the lack of regard to their clients once they take your money.

Had some put in 15 years ago. Not good quality. Maybe they've improved. Maybe not

Wendy Gonzales helped us configure custom made cabinets for our master bath and powder room reno's. She was very detailed and communicated status updates as they were being built. We're very pleased with the cabinets now that they're installed. They're very nicely made and automatically brought increased value to our home.

We had service yesterday on our bathroom cabinet and kitchen island trim. Both areas look better than the original. Service was exceptional from Donald, the technician that came out to our home. Rhonda, who set up the appointment was very pleasant as well.

I am so appauled with the service I just received (or lack thereof). thank you for convincing me to take my business elsewhere. If I could give you zero stars, I would!
