Arrogant, dismissive. I'm reminded of the line from Pretty Woman, "mistake, big mistake." I went in to ask about cabinets that I had been shown by an assistant a few weeks earlier. On this visit I was "greeted" by a woman I will assume is the designer/manager of that location. I mentioned a high end brands contemporary line and simply asked a price point comparison question.

I also explained I wanted a specific color that the other brand didn't offer, hoping she would show me some options. Instead I was told they were more expensive, I asked for a general idea of the percentage and again mentioned color. Price was not the ultimate issue, color was. She didn't try to set an appointment or ask if I would like to see colors, she walked away. I would spend your money with someone who understands customer service. BTW we are buying a line that is comparable in price to theirs.
