We had an Excellent experience with Home Platinum Services (and its owner Nima Niazi) to update our recently acquired home in Allen, Texas. The project proposal process was straightforward, thorough and reasonably priced. They also accommodated several reasonably priced change orders during the project. Nima's experience with custom home construction and remodeling is extensive and he offered invaluable advice on options/selections during the project.

Home Platinum Services had well-trained staff/sub-contractors that were professional & prompt, and used quality products. We trust Home Platinum Services and we definitely plan to use them in the future.

If you are reading this review. It is because you are in the same position I was in 10 months ago in attempting to find a reputable contractor to make needed repairs in my home. You read so many cases on the Neighborhood Websites where contractors come in, give an estimate, and you hire them with a down payment. Then they just start the job but never finish it or worse, never even start the job.

I found Home Platinum Services on the internet and researched them thoroughly. The owner was the Project Manager for a local home builder for many years before he started his own business about 11 years ago. In my search for a contractor, I am looking for someone to perform the work with the highest quality at a reasonable price and within the time frame required.

I had extensive damage in my home in the six digits so this was not a small project. I found that Home Platinum Services met and/or exceeded my requirements and expectations. They have some of the best subcontractors in this area. The contractor oversees the project but the subcontractors perform the actual work so they are critical to the successful completion of the project.

Their subcontractors are excellent and strive to perform high quality repairs to your final satisfaction. They are very friendly and extremely approachable making the repair project easier on everyone. As with any project, I recommend that you have an estimate in writing that you and the contractor have agreed to in total so there are no misunderstandings later in the project. I highly recommend Home Platinum Services.

Nima Niazi's Platinum home services handled our home renovation this year. Our goals were to 1-Stick to a timeline with a defined budget 2-Get honest advice from our GC and have skilled and trustworthy subs handle tasks related to masonry, plumbing, electrical work and painting. Nima and his team exceeded our expectations on every parameter. Nima runs a tight ship, the team were always disciplined and diligent, treating our home and our family with care and respect. Nima is an excellent communicator and was very quick in responding to our questions/requests.

There was a rare day that he did not visit the site, in fact on most days he would be there first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening and was always present to personally oversee anything complicated. Hiring Platinum home services for our renovation was an excellent decision. They have transformed our house into a beautiful, elegant and updated home. Recently bought a house with some remodeling needs. We had 2 bathrooms redone, living room fireplace, kitchen remodeled, stair case updated, and extensive painting. Nima was very responsive during the project from submitting the estimate until all the work was done. We wanted the work done on a tight timeline. Nima and his team delivered a great final product ahead of our expectations.

His crews are friendly, professional, and skilled at what they do. Nima was very involved and personally oversaw the progress. He even kept an eye on our house while we were out of town over the holidays. We will be re-peat customers!

If there was ever something that we wanted changed, they addressed it right away. We also found Nima's design advice to be very helpful. In our project, Nima built us a new full bathroom from what was a pocket office and closet, built a new iron railing, custom iron office door, finished three unfinished closets, painted our kitchen island as well as many walls and baseboards. Overall, we had a great experience and love the work.

I am absolutely glad that I chose Home Platinum Services for extensive kitchen remodeling and hardwood floor repair. We had dishwasher leak in October 2020 which led to massive remodeling work and I can't be happier. The job involved electrical work, plumbing, countertop change, excessive painting, .you name it. Nima is hands down the best project manager.

He is prompt and responsive. Moreover, he really cares about aesthetic aspect of remodeling as well as functionality too. He guided me to get right color for painting and hardwood floor stain, right tiles for backsplash, taught me about all the city code related to water tank options, etc. He made a trip to Floor and Decor to pick right backsplash with me and my husband and his guy, David did a top notch tile work (David is a perfectionist).

If there is any concern, Nima will address it promptly for you. Nima also handled conversations with my insurance company and we got countertop covered under the claim. Everyone he works with has been with Nima for 10 years and I can see the great team work. A remodeling dummy like me also learned a lot during the process about the material and process and all.

We live in CA but have a rental property in Plano, TX. Recently there was a flood caused by a backed up sewer line under the slab leading to flooring damage. After receiving the quote from our insurance I looked for a few additional quotes and am so happy we found Nima at Home Platinum Services. Being remote is already difficult but this process was seamless. Nima is so professional and responsive with emails, phone calls and texts we felt like we didn't miss a thing. Nima and his team went above and beyond in dealing with the insurance directly and making sure to care for our property.

Even our tenant got in touch multiple times to let us know how amazing this team was and what they did to make sure things got done properly. Always on time, respectful and professional. On top of it all the price Nima was able to offer wasn't just competitive it was amazingly affordable considering the quality of the work. I was interviewing different contractors for a big remodeling project at our house when I was referred to Home Platinum Remodeling by 2 of my friends who had worked with them before and were very pleased. I am so happy about the decision we made to go with Nima (the owner) and his team of highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals. Nima was super responsive to texts, calls and emails.

Nima from the beginning was professional. He listened and was patient while my wife and I tried to make up our minds on the project. Once we started the project Nima had the subs working very efficiently. There was not a day that the work was not being done. I was most impressed with the efficiency and quality of the work. It took five weeks to complete everything.

Nima was absolutely wonderful to work with on our remodeling project. He sets the bar in professionalism and integrity. He responds to questions and phone calls promptly and is on site everyday checking on his crew. When we started our project it was to remodel the kitchen and four bathrooms, but ended up being on a much bigger scale after we found extensive old termite damage to studs (no active termites) and we ended up taking many walls down to the studs to replace the damaged studs.

We hired Platnium Home Services to install the drywall and change the texture of our walls throughout the house. Our home had crows feet and plaster texture and now has the finest orange peel texture throughout. It's absolutely beautiful. Look forward to having the interior of the house painted! Platnium Home Services also did plumbing work in all our bathrooms and kitchen.

His plumbing crew is one of the best I have dealt with in all my years of being a homeowner. Nima is very knowledgeable in all areas of remodeling and offers suggestions when needed. It's been an absolute pleasure working with him and will call on him again for any future projects we may have. I cannot say enough about the platinum service we received from Nima and his crew.

We have used Home Platinum Services twice in the last couple of months. First, for the remodeling a guess bathroom and we were so pleased with their job, that decided to give them a job we were only thinking on doing, replacing the cabinets and sinks of the master bathroom. We completely gutted a 1970s bathroom, to include removing a half wall and cave-like shower and turned it into an elegant, modern bathroom. We contracted Nima for renovation work in our home including custom wood floors in the master bedroom and closet, painting the master bedroom and bath, installation and custom tile work of a soaking tub in the master bath and refurbishment of the coffee bar and master bedroom fireplace. In addition, Nima's crew repainted the kitchen, breakfast nook and family room which included conversion of all milk wash cabinetry and trim to an updated white.

Overall we were very pleased with the outcome of all aspects of the project. Nima was very friendly and easy to work with. Nima and his crew were very respectful of our home and kept the house as clean and neat as possible. Nima was at our home every day to check on the progress and communicated very well throughout the process and stayed on time and within budget. Home Platinum Services did an excellent job with our master bath and closet renovation. Nima is an excellent project manager. He was on site almost every day assessing progress and shifting schedules when needed. Nima and his team did a great job on our Kitchen remodel. He has been in the industry for a long time and knows the best sub contractors to use. Nima stopped by on a regular basis and checked to make sure the subs did everything according to his height standards. Overall we were very pleased and I would highly recommend his company.

There was extensive water damage to the Kitchen floors, cabinets nd to the floors in the adjoining Dining room. This was a first time major home repair. Insurance was a BATTLE! Two previous contractors gave up nd moved on Home Platinum Services stuck it out nd worked with our family; listening to our concerns nd especially keeping the project within budget in order to provide very Exceptional Quality Service nd finished products. Home Platinum Services just completed a major remodel of my master bathroom, master bedroom, powder room and laundry room. The results and experience were well above expectations. Nima, a degreed engineer, was outstanding from first providing a competitive quote, to developing a remodel design, to assisting in material selection, to managing the work progress, on a daily basis, until the project was completed.

Nima and the crew from Home Platinum Services did an incredible job handling an exceptionally large and complex insurance claim in combination with a master bath remodel. The nature of the claim required that I move out of my home in to a hotel during the construction process. Recognizing the disruption to my life Nima jumped through hoops to both start and finish the job in record time.

He served as a voice of calm and reason helping me deal with the often ridiculous requirements of the insurance company. While his work was impeccable, more importantly his communication far exceeded my expectations. He was always available by phone, regardless of the hour, to answer questions and guide me through the process. I truly felt as if I was dealing with a friend not a contractor. Home Platinum Services remodeled our master bathroom. The level of professionalism, quality, punctuality, attention to detail and overall experience was excellent. When taking on a project like this there are many choices in products and design. Nima did a great job helping us throughout the decision process. We felt very comfortable working with him, David and Gus all though the remodel they were patient, understanding accountable and responsible.

We are remodeling the kitchen in our new home and, in the process, discovered some damage from a prior incident. I demolished the damaged areas, but needed urgent help to replace, patch, tape, bed and texture the room. Platinum arrived the next morning to estimate the work and costs then started work two days later with a promise to complete in two days.

The work was finished in two days! The men worked until 11PM to complete it, but they completed it on time. Workmanship is very high quality, but cleanup could be better. Overall though, I still give them five stars.

Home Platinum Services took exceptional care of my home and did a spectacular job in record time. We had our fireplace redesigned, a cabinet remodeled, a TV mounted, and a few lights installed in our kitchen. Everything was done well and very, very quickly. I appreciated the attention to detail as well as the considerate attention the workers had with my baby and caregiver in the home while they were working.
