Love Design House! Our project manager was Jeff McCollum - he is very experienced, great follow thru and treats your project as if it's his own. Communicated with me about everything! Kelsey Adams was our designer and she has great ideas and a great "eye" for what will look awesome in any area. We love how both the bathroom and kitchen turned out! Definitely a one stop shop - no need to play GC yourself. Highly recommend them!

My wife and I worked with The Design House when we remodeled our master bathroom, and we couldn't have been more pleased. From the quality of the tile to the customer service and prices, everything was perfect. They really are the local experts you can trust!

Recently used The Design House to remodel a bathroom and install flooring in two bedrooms. Kelsey Tieken was our designer and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. Kelsey was instrumental and professional in assisting us in the selection of materials and the entire design concept. Design is not our strong point and Kelsey's skills made up for our lack of design sense.

She made the process flow smoothly with fabulous results. Meagan Nelson handled all the scheduling and logistics expertly and was always available to resolve scheduling issues. All after the fact issues were handled promptly. The entire staff works as a cohesive unit. The Master bath project is next on the agenda.

Employees are always very helpful and knowledgable. Love their selections!

The Design House just completed an entire house remodel for me. From taking out a wall to fresh paint and carpet. Terri was my sales rep and she's amazing. She guided me through the entire process and gave me great design ideas. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company for all your remodeling needs.

Terri and everyone at Design House were great. So easy to work with and very helpful. I would highly recommend them. I was nervous going to a design shop but they couldn't have been nicer and the prices were very reasonable.

We love our new floors! Rachel was very helpful and easy to work with. We were so amazed that the installation crew completed the whole house in less than two days! They were very professional and efficient. We visited a lot of flooring places in the Dallas and were quoted some ridiculous prices and installation times! We were so glad to find Carpets Plus and support a local business.

They also have a great selection of brands to choose from, unlike other places which only offer a few choices. Our new vinyl plank floors have been great and our new puppy is a fan!

Carpets plus was great! They went the extra mile to get our house repairs done quickly and professionally. Excellent communication! They responded to every request and question within the hour. We worked with Cindy who was always available to answer our questions or meet with us. She was knowledgeable about how certain flooring would look in our house and what would look the best based on what we told her we wanted. We will be using carpets plus again!

Did a Master Bath remodel as well as having Vinyl Wood Floors installed, stairs carpeted, and tile on the Master Bath floor, shower and bathtub surround. The flooring and tile crews did a fabulous job. Every crew that did work was great with the exception of the plumber (Stritmatter Plumbing) who was rather destructive. The plumber didn't install the tub correctly, wouldn't drill the holes for the handheld shower, cracked the acrylic on the tub when trying to reinstall it correctly, broke the toilet base in the powder room when removing it, and when all was done and we were able to use the tub, we noticed that the faucet trim work on both the shower and the tub weren't level.

In spite of all of this, Carpets Plus was great on working these problems out. We worked with Cindy Platt who did a great job of helping us pick tile, carpet and flooring. She also managed the project and did a great job of getting the job started on time and finished it ahead of schedule. Highly recommend working with Cindy and Carpets Plus, just make sure that you use a different plumber.

Loved working with Cindy at Carpets Plus in Denton. Very easy to work with and ran a tight timeline, which we needed. Loved everything about the turnout of our remodel. Can't wait to move in. Will definitely work with her again!

My husband and I built our home in 1996. Our home, upstairs and downstairs, greatly needed updating, but we also wanted to create a totally new downstairs. We had general ideas of moving walls, changing room entrances, adding a built-in entertainment center - MAJOR renovations. I was totally overwhelmed on how to begin planning, until Cindy at Carpets Plus consulted with us.

She immediately had creative suggestions and got the ball rolling quickly. Cindy coordinated everything in a timely manner, kept the cost down as much as possible, produced top quality renovations, and became our friend in the process. Our home is lovely and exactly what we tried to convey. We feel so blessed to have had Carpets Plus and Cindy bring our dream home to reality.

Would definitely recommend Carpets Plus for any remodel project, large or small. We had new flooring, granite countertops, cabinet refinishing, stone backsplash installed. They even lowered our bar top and built a cabinet for our utility room. They have an extensive selection of products and Cindy Platt did a wonderful job of helping us with our choices to get the look we desired.

She also did a great job of communicating with us on a daily basis. Our project stayed on schedule and the installers were professional, on time and cleaned up well. It was so nice to have one company handling the whole process, we are very pleased with the results!

Loved everything about the experience and service while having 4 bathrooms remodeled! Cindy Platt was the best, so knowledgeable, friendly, and accessible while planning and during renovations (even when I kept adding on projects). They have a HUGE selection of products, and she was able to guide us when selecting materials. All of the service crews were top notch in workmanship, accountability, and service. Having a one-stop shop for all products (cabinets, tile, glass, flooring, plumbing, electrical, etc.) was such a relief. We will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends and family! Plus they will travel further than their website says.

We've used Carpet's Plus for remodeling our business, home, and a rental house. They consulted, designed and coordinated every aspect. They are a team of professionals who provide a tremendous value for the money.

Kellie Restivo was our fabulous designer and we couldn't be happier with her fresh, modern ideas for our rather dated looking kitchen. From start to finish the entire kitchen renovation moved like clockwork. It was a big job as we had lots of old-fashioned wallpaper and border to remove. The walls needed to be texturized and painted. We opted to keep our old oak cupboards and Kellie suggested painting them a creamy white.

They were badly scraped and dented as they were 20 years old. The sanding and painting crew were so meticulous. The drawers and cupboards were sanded down and painted both inside and out. This took 3 full days but all the tiny nicks and flaws were gone! We decided to go with Kellie's suggestion of painting our island the same sea salt color as the walls and it was a perfect subtle choice.

The countertops were just gorgeous! We decided to do a combo of recycled glass and quartz. The glass tops were rather busy so it made sense to do a bit of both. Again, kudos to Kellie for her spot on suggestions. When our friends walk in they cannot believe that this is the same kitchen! It is light, bright, airy, elegant and looks larger somehow.

My husband and I are thrilled with the results. The whole job was executed flawlessly by a well-oiled dream team of true Craftmen! We are so proud of this room and look forward to using Carpets Plus for our Master bath and several rooms of flooring in the years to come. We used Carpets Plus twice.once to install floors at our home for sale and the other when we moved into our new home. The floors helped sell the old home sell in less than a week.almost made us want to stay. But it only got better. Cindy helped us with the design of the upgrades in our newly purchased home. She helped with colors and styling and then installation turned out fantastic! It would be hard to use anyone else to make home improvements because we were so happy with both of our previous experiences!

This is our second time to use Carpets Plus for a remodel project. This time it was for a total master bath remodel. Susan Liebler was our project manager. From the design process to installation Susan was so helpful and involved in every step of the process. Everything was done on schedule and very professional. Great company! Used them for granite in my new kitchen and everything was done perfectly. Going to have them back for new flooring soon. Great experience from beginning to end and everyone throughout the whole process was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend this company!

We recently decided to have our engineered wood floors in the kitchen and breakfast nook taken out and tile installed. Susan Liebler was very helpful in measuring, coming out to check on the work, and making this as easy as possible. My husband has bone cancer, and is very fatigued and weak, so Susan and her crew worked as quickly as possible to get the job well done. They were excellent to work with, and very kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend Carpets Plus and Susan to take care of your remodeling needs.

I told the designer what I wanted in my new bathroom and she guided me through my choices and made an overwhelming problem (for me) simple. I choose the marble for the counter tops, porcelain tile for the shower, accent trim and vinyl plank in the store. I went to a plumbing supply store to check out fixtures and bathtubs and gave the designer my choices.

At this point she was able to give me an accurate estimate for the work. I choose a start date and everything was on site before any demo started. I was given a schedule on what work would be done on which day. Everything was scheduled for one trade to follow another with no wasted time. My designer was available for questions at any time and was responsive and came to the house several times to check on progress.

Everything went as planned and I have a beautiful new bathroom. The colors are simple and elegant. I am hopeless at visualizing the big picture, but I trusted the designer and she really nailed it

I have used Carpets Plus for two projects - bathroom and kitchen. I have to say that Susan Leibler designed my dream kitchen! She was so professional and friendly throughout the entire project. Susan was very adept at managing crew scheduling, interfacing with suppliers and keeping communication lines open from first to last. Several unforeseen complications cropped up during the project and Susan stepped up and managed to turn "lemons into lemonade"!

She has continued to keep in touch even after completion to acknowledge my special requests and questions as I begin using the kitchen I have been wanting for 30 years! I highly recommend Carpets Plus and Susan for anyone interested in improving their home. The showroom is quite conducive to making choices and creating beautiful designs for any home.

We applaud Susan Liebler for being attentive to detail and working closely with us throughout the selection process. Our project was of decent size and required flooring, kitchen overhaul, bathroom overhaul, and media room creation. The not so pleasant twist on this review is in a turn of events we decided to go with a new build. Susan was as professional with receiving this news as she was through the complete process of selecting all the items we needed for our remodel.

I have coordinated projects for many years and while we did not complete the process with Susan, I highly recommend her. If the time we spent with her through the first part of the selection process was any reflection of what was to come, I know it would have been a pleasure to continue working with her vision of determination, commitment, and dedication towards delivering a product we would have been extremely happy with. We used Carpet Plus for getting our home ready for sale. We were so impressed with Cindy and her ideas, that we asked her to assist us with flooring in our new home. Currently we are looking for ideas to update our kitchen and Master Bath. Again Cindy came in with great ideas.

They haven't done any work yet but I think they are very friendly and courteous.

We've recently done a complete home remodeling project. Thanks to the great tile flooring services/products of Carpets Plus Design Flooring, our job was accomplished on time and with white glove service. Our bath tile is gorgeous, the carpet feels and looks great, and the wood foyer is the first beautiful area our visitors see as they enter our home.
