Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality Made an appt 2 weeks out. no call no show and didn't answer my call. Lack of professionalism at its finest. Huge red flag for anyone intending on using them.

Couldn't have picked a better contractor than Freedom Builders & Remodelers. Shawn is great to work and takes great pride in his work. Very detailed-oriented. Completely remodeled my bathroom & kitchen. Couldn't ask for a better job. Thanks Shawn & Thanks to Ryan also.

Shawn, is amazing with what he dose. He helped us last year after no show appointments with many other companies. Fixed a patio door after a different company left us a hole to the outdoors, siding, trim, and drywall. It turned out like nothing was ever cut away and actually better with materials that he used to finish the door. We have contacted him for another much larger job on our new house and I imagine I will be just as fantastic of a outcome. Im truly thankful to shawn for helping me when he did because it was before winter last year and other companies did not want to due to it being a smaller job.

We can’t say enough good things about our remodeling experience with Shawn Warren/Freedom Builders. We interviewed several contractors to redesign and remodel 2 bathrooms plus a laundry room in our house, and Shawn was the clear choice to take on these projects. He spent a lot of time listening to our needs, took many notes and measurements during the initial walkthrough, and provided us with a complete proposal and breakdown for each room. Shawn is extremely hard working, professional, thorough, dependable, and knowledgeable about the products and methods needed to successfully complete a construction project.

Once work began, Shawn provided us with regular updates on the project itself and helped us with design choices along the way. He carefully selects his crew as well as the vendors he chooses to do business with, and you can see this in the finished product. When Shawn uncovered structural, electrical, or other errors/issues that were already integral to the house, he made sure to correct these problems before continuing on with his work. If you’re looking for someone who will work on your house as if it was his own, then choose Shawn Warren/Freedom Builders for your next project!

I would never, ever go anywhere else. I know that they will always provide an honest assessment and their staff have incredible work ethics. I found them to be honest, and their integrity was bar none. But, better than all that, it was like working with a family member who cares about you and what your needs are. Highly recommend. Update 2017: So, silly me, I went somewhere else. Giving myself the old hit the noggin with the hand, I called Freedom Builders and Remodelers after I had two bad experiences with other contractors.

My work unfinished and thousands already spent, they came in and finished the work I needed done so I could have my home back (it had been in "remodeling" hell for almost a year!) The work was done professionally and was done RIGHT. I should have called them first, I would have been relieved of many headaches if I had only done the smart thing. Thank you, Freedom Builders and Remodelers! Your tag is right on, "Well done is better than well said!" Boy, did I learn that lesson the hard way!

Called for an estimate on replacing a basement window. I could immediately tell the guy was irritated, as he kept huffing through the whole conversation. Apparently, my job wasn't big enough for him to care about. He gave me the run around but I knew he was looking for an excuse not to do my job. I politely told him that it sounds like he wasn't interested in my job so I wouldn't waste either of our time anymore.

He didn't try to refute anything or so no, I want to help. This is poor customer service at it's best. So glad he didn't offer to do the job. I wouldn't want someone with so little consideration doing work for me. And after writing this review, he called me back and proceeded to rip into me for an honest review, no even bothering to apologize. He just lit into me. Wow.

I can't believe that. Horrible, horrible service and man. I was never once rude to him. I just put my honest review up. I will not be berated by someone who clearly can't take responsibility for their own actions.

We just wanted to take a second to highlight Freedom Builders as one of the most ethical, dependable, and reputable contractors we have had the opportunity to work with. Freedom Builders & Remodelers runs a tight ship on each and every project. Each project with Shawn runs smoothly with no question as to what the expectations are. He ensures that every aspect of the job is completed with no less than amazing quality. We look forward to working with him again in the future.

We needed our Bathroom tub walls redone and Shawn gave us a way better quote than other companies, he even put a contingency in there in case of mold and it was still a better price than other companies. Well. there was mold on top of an electrical wire near the pipes and the bathtub walls done all types of wrong, not to mention that the piping was so old and difficult to replace.

It made the job a lot more difficult than it needed to be. Despite all of the issues Shawn pressed on and did nowhere near a great job, he did a PHENOMINAL job, he even raised up the shower head which was nice since I am 6'3. The plumbers he works with were just as phenominal, doing everything the right way(I used to work construction and plumbing with my Dad, so I know a thing or two).

Now there is no bucket in our basement catching the water from the tub, it drains right and I just can't imagine not having Shawn do the work. It also helped that he knew the original owners so he had an idea what was going on. Thank you Shawn for the work you did and giving us a problem free shower again! If we ever need work in the future we will be sure to give you a call.

I have been a tradesmen in home building and remodeling for apx 30 years. Worked with Hundreds of home owners. Builders and contractors. Shawn is the best I have seen. In the pride and quality he puts into each project. He does the work right as well as running and managing his business. The work will be upto code and "Topnotch". Very rude people I would never recommend them to anybody. I called to get a quote I had all measurements of the deck I wanted. and the guy asked if I was calling around to get the best quote when I said yes he said ok bye and hung up very rude if you treat people like this why would people want to have you do work for them please don't call these people not worth it

The project was completed on budget and in the time frames discussed. The entire experience was exhausting to say the least, living in the house under construction, we are so thankful that we hired Shawn Warren. He was definitely the right person for our job and became family while working on our home. Thanks Shawn.

Shawn did a great job explaining everything that had to be done on my addition project, and completed it on budget. He was great to work with and always listened well to the questions we had. When we remodel our basement we will be giving Shawn a call to do the project.
