You will receive a 12 month warranty on all general repairs. Depending on the type of other projects, our warranties vary, ranging from 12 months to 5 years. I highly recommend SS Services for all of their professional help with my roof. I had 5 different people on my roof trying to stop my ongoing leak. This is the ONLY company to come out when they said they would and handle my leak with such expertise I have yet to see in a roofing company til now. I received a video of my roof and Steve showed me exactly what the problem was and I gave him the go ahead to fix.
He really wanted to hear from me after it was expected to rain as a confirmation that the problem was fixed. Never had that experience before. If you have roofing problems, I urge everyone to their expertise. Great company, great people.

Contracted SS Services to remodel my bathroom. They even helped me with the custom design. Very beautiful bathroom. Lots of compliments on it! The total project went so professionally that I am really impressed (and I dealt with many, many renovations companies). Give this company a try...I know you will not be disappointed!
