We had our old countertops removed and new ones installed. It was only about two weeks from the time we picked out our Quartz slabs to when they were installed including a new sink and faucet. The installers wore masks to protect us, and were in and out in one day. Victor, Jose Jr. and Chris, the plumber, were very professional and cleaned up carefully when finished. The workmanship was outstanding! In the store Anthony was very helpful also. We had shopped around before picking Kachina Kitchens. We highly recommend Kachina Kitchens.

Don't Judge A Book By It's Cover. We contacted five different contractors for our kitchen project and our first impression with Kachina Kitchens seemed not very optimistic. However, after consulting with the other contractors, there was no question that Kachina Kitchens stood above the rest and would be the only choice for us to hire to do the job.

There were several reasons the other contractors fell short such as, they didn’t return calls, they didn’t keep promises, fancy presentations lacking substance and high prices. What we were and still are impressed most about Kachina Kitchens is that their price was very reasonable, they use high quality products, they are easy to contact and communicate with, all their work was explained in a way we could understand, they demonstrated excellent customer service and they kept all their promises.

Although you might not be impressed with your first impression of this company, don’t judge a book by it’s cover, Kachina Kitchens was a no-brainer hire for the job and we highly recommend them for any project you might have.

Kitchen looks beautiful. The whole process from deciding what cabinets and counters to buy to finish the installation process was professionally done. Super nice work done by Chris the Installer and Pedro the countertop Installer. Very happy with my new kitchen. Thanks Kachina Kitchen for your awesome work.

My experience with Larry the owner and the installers was bad and yet difficult. Wrong cabinets ordered for the all new uppers we did that took forever. Then the lowers were refaced to match the uppers. Wrong size cabinet doors wrong size drawers and not soft closed as promised. Just a little over one year later the paint on the center island cabinets is chipping and looks very poor.

Found out today 5/5/ 2020 that one of the False cabinet doors that was built into the island that was covering my sink clean out. They never put a screw back in the clean out hole and the water over time Saturated that cabinet swelling it and ruined that false doors and some of the other trim around! My experience was so difficult in the first place of getting this all done I am not even going back to have them redo the cabinet door I am opting to have someone else make the door and finish and do repairs and pay someone else out-of-pocket. This company does not stand behind their work for one minute!

I hired Kachina Kitchens to help me design and install a new kitchen. I thought I was hiring a general contractor, who would help me design, coordinate and supervise the installation of a functioning kitchen. It took me a while to figure out that this company only measures and installs cabinets and countertops (in fairness that is what their contract said, but the conversation implied otherwise).

Even so, they are not very good at what they claim to do. We had a number of problems with both the design and the installation. We were very frustrated by the lack of communication. We were never sure who was responsible for what, the order in which things had to get done, who was doing what or when, or what we had to arrange on our own. No one supervised the project while it was in progress, or came by to make sure that everything was done properly when it was finished. As we came up against these issues, the owner was defensive and combative, and unpleasant to deal with. I do not recommend this company.

Supposedly had an appointment over the weekend that went bust. Called the main number and confirmed the store's hours and when to show up. first thing Friday morning (see pic with watch at bottom). When no one showed up to open the store, I called (again). The voicemail said, They're either on the phone with 'other customers' or out of the office. With customers locked out of the showroom, and unable to reach any one, how do they stay in business or be reliable? I'll cross them off my contractor list.

We had kitchen installation of new doors and cabinets in our home last year. We had three bids before we chose a Kachina Kitchens. Not only were they much more professional and less expensive, they were on time and reliable. We absolutely love out kitchen now. We are thinking of having them help us remodel our master bath. Great family owned business. I highly recommend Kachina Kitchens.

Went in looking for cabinets for a remodel. There was a guy sitting at a table on his laptop and a woman working there. Hardly acknowledged my presence. The lady asked what I needed. I said I'm looking for cabinets. The man muttered yeah I bet. Then he said I know you're not from around here. I said well I live here. He scoffed and said ok, I tried to talk about pricing of a design I liked and he says well those are pretty pricey.

But I can't tell you how much until I measure. I explained I know the exact measurements I did them and had my contractor confirm. He refused to discuss any further pricing stating he had to measure before any quote or estimate. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere

We had our cabinets refaced, granite counters put in with new sinks and faucets. Not quite enough granite was ordered. Cabinet doors were measured incorrectly by the tech, Chris, who did our job. The cabinet portion of the job was estimated to take 3 to 4 days but stretched into more than two weeks. A mess was left daily by Chris, with no attempt to leave the job site neat (and we were living here).

A lot of the mess was cleaned up by us, rather than Chris. A few trips were made by my husband for parts when it seems the tech would be provided with all he needs. The job is finally finished, I guess, after my husband replaced toilet paper holders that were removed by the tech, and we are still missing a short piece of baseboard in one bathroom. Honestly, the cabinets and granite are beautiful, but it was an incredibly frustrating experience.

Just had our new counter top installed. Jose, and Victor did a 100% perfect job. Great product, wonderful people to deal with, an honest. as in HONEST value on quality. Everything was done on time, and the craftsmanship on the completed job could not be better.
