I absolutely LOVED the customer service at Singer Kitchens! Everyone was so helpful and hospitable and Cat was the cherry on top! This is a case where you absolutely do NOT get what you pay for. Our experience is similar to the other reviews posted. Our designer is absolutely what sold me on doing business with Singer. She was, and remains, amazing. We signed and completed our contract and placed our order in January 2019. Our kitchen was not fully complete until October 2019.
We experienced multiple delays and were told that items in our order were being expedited. They were not. Our designer unfortunately departed from the company midway through our installation so we were directly burdened with chasing our assigned contractor down and eventually having to correspond with Nancy, the VP of Singer. We had our brand new dishwasher and fridge scratched upon installation.
The contractor also cracked our brand new glass top stove and knocked our new faucet. We opted to allow Singer to replace the stove top but in hindsight I really wish we had gone with replacing the entire oven. When we had to escalate an issue to Nancy, we happened to mention this incident and several additional oversights we did not escalate and she was totally unaware.
You definitely have to exercise a GENEROUS amount of patience to deal with Singer. Also, do not expect top craftsmanship or expedited/timely service. The installers are CONTRACTED by Singer - they do not work directly for them. They have outside jobs and they are responsible for hiring their own assistants and/or team. This, in a nutshell, is the driving force of inconsistency and bad business standards.
If you have any resemblance of a timetable, do not opt to proceed with installation via Singer. You are essentially your own project manager so you are responsible for contacting your contractor, sometimes multiple times per day and definitely multiple times per week, for several months, to find determine what day they're coming to work on your project.
Imagine doing this while trying to take off of work or coordinate with your significant other to do so to ensure someone is at home during installation. It's hell. If I had to complete this experience all over again, I think our five figures definitely would have been better spent elsewhere. Pros 1. Financing options Cons 1. Project management 2. Contractors/installation 3. Ease of communication 4. Timeliness of service/installation 5. Project resolution

This place has the worst customer service EVER. The designers, fabricating and installers are completely unorganized. They blame each other for the mismanagement also so your issue never gets resolved because no one will take responsibility! I even called Mike Singers office. He didn't want to hear it.had his secretary call me back. These guys are the worst. Go someone where else!

They're too busy for you. After not receiving my quote for almost three weeks I went into the store to find out that the sales person never even started the quote. Highly unprofessional considering how long cabinets take to deliver. The sales person told me she was too busy and called the manager over to see if he had time to run the quote. I asked the manager to email me the quote for approval. Instead, he called me with a total - but there were things missing from the quote.
I can't approve measurements and cabinet type on the phone. I also, at this point, lost trust they would order the correct items. Oh well! Lost business that they didn't have time for anyway.

I sent multiple emails about the problems we've had with our countertop installer, but nobody at singer has bothered to respond. I really regret hiring them since now i will have to hire someone else to fix the mess they made. They didn't shim the counters properly which caused them to sag away from the backsplash. They used yellow caulk on our white countertops. We've had them out 3 times to fix it and each time they gave us the run around for weeks. Singer is the worst.

First class buttoned up business. Had our kitchen redone and couldnt be happier. From salesperson to installation was a seamless operation. Wife very very happy. Kitchen is now organized and a more family fun area. It makes the whole house feel better. Affordable too. We thought it would cost much more than it did.

I used Singer last summer to put custom cabinets in my kitchen. Despite having to switch sales people in the middle of the job, I was really pleased with the service. They helped me design the layout, choose materials, and make decisions based on time constraints. And the kitchen is gorgeous. They even replaced a drawer front & cabinet door with no problem. (Drawer front was missing a spot of finish and cabinet door was slightly warped).
