Four Points Remodeling

Jim and Missy are terrific! Lots of experience in design and execution. Great to have the showroom to see samples of all the materials--countertops, cabinets, floor covering, bath surrounds, shower doors, etc. We had them do some work in our powder room, main bath, and kitchen and also a complete custom remodel of our master bathroom and couldn't be happier.

It looks so good we could show it in a magazine! The work team was very tidy in doing the work--covering all the floors/carpets and putting up plastic curtains to keep the dust away from the rest of our home. All the crew were polite and friendly. No question that I would use them again.

This was our second remodeling project with Four Points, and just like the first, we couldn't be happier! Four Points installed new quartz countertops and other upgrades in our kitchen. Jim and his crew were meticulous in their work to ensure the new countertops fit properly with our existing cabinets and backsplash. I'm sure this was trickier than a complete remodel, but they pulled it off without a hitch, and it looks fabulous!

They also did a great job remodeling our powder room. Jim and Missie were very accommodating in giving me the time I needed to make selections. They patiently answered my questions, both before and during the project. My husband and I are already looking forward to our next project with Four Points!

Four Points Remodeling completely remodeled our kitchen. Jim and Missie and their team were terrific. Chris and John were in our home on time and working hard every day. They were personable, professional, and highly skilled. By the end of the project we felt like friends with everyone. Chris hand-built the bench for our new banquet, and Jim built us a beautiful oak table from scratch. We highly recommend their team for any remodeling project.

Over the past few years, Four Points remodeled our kitchen, upstairs bathroom and basement. Each job was completed as promised, on time and was done very professionally. The work crews consistently notified us of progress and allowed for minor adjustments to the plan along the way. Work began on time each day and everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. We're running out of rooms to remodel, but if/when we need another, we'll call Four Points first.

We recently remodeled two bathrooms in our home. Four Points came highly recommended by a friend, and I found them to be all that she said and more. Shaun and Jake were fantastic to work with. They were always on time and extremely hard workers. They even cleaned up and vacuumed at the end of a long day! We enjoyed their company as much as we enjoyed their work. Jim and Missy are fantastic to work with. Jim oversaw the progress of the job and even jumped in to help when he stopped by. Missy has a great eye for what materials and colors worked for our project, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We would definitely use their services again.

After a year searching for company to renovate or bathroom we struck gold with Four Points! Missy and Jim were a pleasure to work with! They are very honest and upfront and stayed within our budget. They never tried to sell us anything that we didnt want or need. They were also able to keep a cabinet of ours that other contractors said would have to be removed and replaced. The crew were very personable, professional and extremely punctual. Our bathroom looks even better than we imagined. We highly recommend Four Points Remodeling!

We had our bathroom remodeled a couple years ago. Missie was right on with the colors, products and hand sprayer. I called once for shower door to be adjusted. they came right out, adjusted door, but cracked the wood baseboard and just put the broken piece of wood back in the space. (Didn't say a word). The job was 11,000. (10,500 as they refunded 500 back to us) They reinforced bathroom floor for new shower base, new shower walls, reinforced 2 bathroom walls for grab bars.

New vanity, sink, fan/light combo and fixtures for sink, shower and paint. (Did NOT) replace floor, toilet, dry wall, doors, mirrored wall medicine chest, window.) The shower walls came to us months before the project and had to be layed flat, which we stored in the basement. 3 Shower walls about 7/8 feet high, about 3 feet wide. We agreed on a custom sized shower as I am a large person.

The shower ended up the same size, vanity was installed to close to the wall that you could not open the door. Counter/sink top improperly installed so that it is shorter that the depth of the vanity. It looks obviously short. To fix the vanity so the door could open, they first chiseled the baseboard so the vanity door can open. Then they ended up cutting out a square of the area baseboard for a more permanent fix.

So fast forward 2 years and the sink has a "crack like" at the top of the rounded back splash. I emailed 4 points and received an email quickly from Missie. I sent pictures, then additional pictures and I was told to go to home depot for caulk. I explained that it is on the counter backsplash. I then asked if she or Jim wanted to stop and look at it.

No response. I was told there was not anything they could do. I said there must be some type of warranty. Missie said she would have to check. (Onyx) was the brand used. *my husband emailed onyx on a Sunday and the next day, Monday, we had a response for them to come fix it. Have not heard from 4 points about a warranty. I waited to long to write a review.

I wanted to be able to write a clear unbiased account of what happened. I will not encourage you to work with them or not work with them. I can only tell you about my situation. I say do your due diligence. We checked references, contractors, BBB. My husband knew Missie and Jim from years of lacrosse where our boys played on a travel team. We still did NOT have a good experience.

Four Points remodeled our master bathroom, and the process went very smoothly, start to finish! Our project was on the smaller side, but we received the same attention to detail and quality workmanship that our friends did who had Four Points do a gorgeous upscale kitchen remodel a few years ago. Missie is a talented designer who really helped us bring our ideas to life.

She was very patient as we contemplated our options before finalizing our plans. Chris and John, our crew, were extremely professional, tidy and punctual. They observed all CDC safety guidelines and we felt very safe having them working in our home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jim touched base with them regularly, and personally oversaw a couple minor tweaks that were required at the end of the project, as there are in any home renovation project. We love our new bathroom and cannot wait to plan our next project with Four Points!

Their service is overpriced. They will talk to you first and see what you are looking for and what your budget is, then set up an appointment at your house to measure and give you the quote. You can definitely find a contractor charge 1/2 what they charge and have the same remodelling done.
