My contractor recommended i use them I was replacing all my windows and doors. This where ordered wrong setting back the project. My contractor and i were told that my salesman was going to include screws and spray foam insulation for the project but nothing was given so had to go out and buy them somewhere else.when i asked for a credit i was told i cant credit you for something you didn't get charged for.

The front door i ordered came in damaged and had to be returned and was ordered wrong. I was charged for brick molding when it was suppose to come without. i was given 2 priced for the front door. when i showed my salesman the lower price he gave me it was 1200 less he said he accidentally gave me the one with his cost and he kept the quote and said he would lose his job if he sold it for that. 5 of my windows where ordered with the wrong size jamb extensions and delayed my project a few weeks. all in all I think there has got to be a better company out there somewhere that can provide better service or maybe it was just the salesman that i got but i would recommend you shop somewhere else.

My neighbors have all loved the work i have done so far and want my contractor to do work for them but i think we both will look for a better supplier that can provide better customer service.
