My wife had scheduled a room measurement to be done on a couple of rooms on Thursday at 4p.m., at 3:50 they called and said they were double booked could we do it on Friday at 4p.m, of course we agreed. At 5 on Friday they had not arrived so she called the store and was told that they had forgotten about us and could they come after the store closed at 6.

Again we were agreeable and again they did not show up or even call to cancel. My wife had already been to the store and picked out the carpeting and gotten a rough estimate based on her measurement, so this would have been guaranteed transaction. Very poor customer service.

Walked in at 5:15 no one hit up to assist me or asked me if I needed help

This is an honest review. BEWARE. The second job was professionally done. 2 rooms were carpeted. The first job, we hired this company to put flooring down in our kitchen. They moved our dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and our two refrigerators. The crew damaged one of the hose plugins on our washing machine, but fortunately we just recently replaced it so that company repaired that issue.

But our dishwasher doesn't work. The manager responded to this post on 5/26 and has done nothing to look at work his crew did to our floor or fixed our dishwasher. Take a look at our floor folks. Read about their service. Artless McNeil did talk with your you said 2weeks. We're now in July

The staff was very helpful in helping me find what I needed for a project.

Florence Carpet and Tile installed our cabinets 14 months ago. They have ordered our cabinet doors 6 times and have not gotten them right. They are always the wrong size. This company has been paid in full for some time. Now the owners Walt Parker and John Curl will not respond to texts or emails and haven't attempted to contact us. They have their money and that's all that obviously matters. Everything that we did with them was a headache. It was a HUGE mistake ever walking into that business. Please do yourself a favor and never do business with them.

I picked out and paid for a granite remnant. I was told at the time of purchase that the granite fabricator was backed up with other jobs and that it would be 2-3 weeks until my piece was finished. I called 2.5 weeks later and discovered the salesman I worked with forgot to submit my order to the fabricator. It was another week before the remnant was ready for installation. It looks great, though, in my guest bath.

I was in the store 15 minutes and no one came to help me then when I was walking out man at the counter ask if he could help me, I will be going to Home Depot for my floors

These folks are awesome. Great selection and the customer service is absolutely wonderful. I'm a full time contractor, and they go above and beyond. Can't say enough good about them.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Adam was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Had a great selection of product and helped us find material that we liked and that was in our price range
