We did both a bathroom and had our hose sided at the same time as well as a new concrete staircase and patio done. Dave our salesman went above and beyond on every phase of our project. When the siding we initially chose was no longer available from the manufacturer. He went out of his way to bring samples to our house of colors that were similar to what we were looking at so we could see them at our house with natural lighting.

If there were issues that arose (which there are in any big project) he was quick to get someone on them or take care of it himself. The entire construction crew was professional courteous. Their attention to detail was that of an old world craftsman. Jefferson who did most of the work on the bathroom took his time with everything he did. Always made sure to clean everything up after himself and let us know exactly what was going on. The quality of the products they use are far superior than anything you could purchase at a box store or even Ikea. They are worth the money you spend.

I recently used Fiderio & Sons to repair and replace a water damaged window as well as construct a sunroom. The finished product far exceeded my expectations. Each individual I came in contact with throughout the process was kind, professional and informative. We just bought a old house from the 1930s that had a roof and chimney that were well past their prime. Fiderio's replaced the roof and updated our chimney. We were not disappointed. Fiderio's was responsive, communicative, explained each step thoroughly and did a fantastic job getting both of those jobs in before the first freeze! Project was fast and efficient. Clean-up was also very thorough.

You would not have believed they were even there the day after -- except we had a gorgeous new roof. Very happy with their service. Would absolutely use them again, and with the age of our lovely old house, we probably will.

We had a garage and mud room added to our house. From start to finish, the Fiderio team was amazing! They provided a detailed design for the project and they were able to accommodate the changes we wanted. During the construction phase, Paul the project manager provided us with a detailed schedule and his team stuck to it. His crew was friendly and each day cleaned up the day's mess. The overall quality of the construction was outstanding. We couldn't be happier with how it all turned out and plan to use them for future projects!

Fiderio and Sons Remodeled my garage and it came out fantastic. Any time I called with a question I spoke to a person instead of a machine, and if the person I was looking for wasn't available, they were very quick to call back. When there was a slight miscommunication, Fiderio was up front and honest and was quick to remedy. They showed real integrity and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I will definitely be using Fiderio and Sons again for any of my future projects.

Fiderio's did 2 bathroom remodels for us. We would recommend them and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. From John coming in to quote the job and help us select everything to Jefferson, Sergio, Phil & Bryan project manager on the job, everyone was great. We are very happy with our finished project. Everyone was professional, courteous, friendly and did good work.

During a time after pandemic materials can be a problem but Fiderio's came through, any little challenges that came up were resolved. First Bathroom old tub insert changed to a walk-in shower with glass doors, new toilet, new floors, new sink & counter top and some drywall repair. Love the finished job. 2nd was our master bedroom bath, required remove very large jetted tub, gutting some of walls and floor, added in new plumbing to add toilet, new toilet install, install new tub plumbing & deep soaking alcove tub with tile surround, new sink with vanity top, new fan, beautiful tile floor, drywall work too.

The change is amazing and very happy. We Want to give Jefferson a lot of credit - 5 stars, he was on the job everyday, he did so much work on his own and can't speak highly enough about him and his work ethic. Would have been 1star but it is possible Covid affected the company. They did not send anyone out, did not ask for measurements and then sent me an email estimate -very high- not taking into account two of the things we wanted.

Fiderio is My go to for house construction and repairs. Over the years, they have remodeled a bathroom, installed windows throughout the house, sliding doors, installed a new roof and front door. They have also painted the exterior of our home. They always work with me on various options and give me a choice of what can be done. The teams are always professional and knowledgeable.

They have experts in all categories of construction. So if problems arise, they have the right guy to solve it. Most recently we had some security windows replaced in our detached garage. Was given three options and Fiderio helped me make the right choice for our needs. The job was done expertly and with minimal disturbance or need for my consultation.

It was done before I knew it and cleaned up as if no one had been there. Installer showed me the work and how to use the new windows from locks to security features to pullout for cleaning. We also had our house painted by them and I cannot say enough about the amazing job they did. We have a very old house. The didn't just paint over the crud or rot.

They sanded to the bones and replaced wood everywhere necessary. They fully coated the undercoat and applied a decent amount of paint for top coat so as not to see through. They even stained my deck. I am so happy I found Fiderio many years ago now. And will always use them as my ho to team.

I contacted Margaretann about getting their professional opinion and a quote to fix some walls that had been damaged by a painter. I sent some photos and she told me that the cedar shingles would need to be replaced. I told her this was fine, so Mike came out to look and told me they would email me a quote. A week later, I emailed asking about the status of the quote.

A few days after that, I contacted them again. This time they replied with a couple sentences in an email stating a price and very little else about what they planned to do. I responded that I need a proper written quote. Of course I would never give a contractor $14000 without a formal proposal, but I also told them that this was going to be required if I was to seek money from the original painter's insurance (or my own insurance, for that matter).

For context, that week I also received a 15-page formal quote from another contractor for the same exact job, and the other quote was actually lower. I received no response to my request in the next week, so I called. The next day, Mike replied that "company policy" says that they can't work with me because I am fixing work done by another contractor.

It seems to me that the company policy excuse was nonsense and really they didn't like being called out on their unprofessional attempt at quote-writing. First, it would be absurd for a company policy to prevent fixing another contractor's work, unless of course they are often on the other side and tend to be the cause of such problems. Second, I explained the problem in great detail and sent photos of the damage the first day I contacted Margaretann, and did it really take several weeks of emails, phone calls, and a site visit to determine that company policy prevents them from working with me at all? Third, why did they provide me the quote, albeit a substandard one, that they did if company policy says they can't work with me? They wasted my time and endangered my family by coming to my house during the pandemic when they had no serious interest in getting this job.

During a wind and rain storm in November we had a very, very large tree fall in the middle of the night that caused significant damage to our 3 season sunroom. Since this was obviously going to be an insurance claim, we wanted to find a company that would deal with the insurance company directly and alleviate that stress from us. We contacted Fiderio & Sons to provide a quote and to see if they would contact and work with the insurance company directly. Matt Dowe came out, provided an estimate and took the lead in working with the insurance company. Matt submitted all paperwork, pictures, worked with the insurance adjuster and negotiated on our benefit.

We waited a few weeks for the materials to arrive but our new 3 season sunroom was up and done within 1 week. in February. Matt and Margaretann were fantastic to work with and kept us well informed. We highly recommend Fiderio &Son. We had 13 windows replaced and a slider, and their workmanship and professionalism is top notch. It was somewhat of a tricky install needing to take siding off and actually cut out the old windows but they did it properly, even adding new trim around the outside, and the new windows look absolutely stunning! The crew took great care inside the house to minimize the mess and they cleaned up every day before leaving.

Before leaving once the job was complete the foreman went through everything to make sure we were satisfied, even pointing out a damaged sill that would be replaced before we noticed it ourselves. The next day our salesman Mike did a walk through as well. We were extremely impressed with Fiderio &Son throughout the entire process and plan on calling them for a gutter and siding job in the future.

We used Fiderio to replace shutters on our house, and to rebuild our front porch (replaced railings and posts that were rotting/bowing/peeling wood with no maintenance Azek). Mike came out to check it out and give us a quote. He was super professional and gave us a quote on the spot. He had books for us to check out all our different options for shutters and railings, and said for bigger jobs, you can go to the showroom to check out materials.

I personally loved the convenience of sitting on my front porch and picking everything out! He was patient and let us flip through the books and never once made us feel like he was in a rush. We put a deposit down on the spot. Our ability to do the project was dependent on another contractor doing stone work on our porch first. Fiderio was great about scheduling around them and getting the work done quickly once the stone work project was complete.

They did their work fast and cleaned up without a trace. The prices are fair (let's be honest, home improvement projects are never cheap!) and the service and quality of workmanship is fantastic! I haven't even received my invoice for final payment, and I'm already eyeing my back deck for replacement.when I'm ready, I will definitely call Fiderio!

I have had two projects done by Fiderio over the years. Roof and gutters. Vinyl siding and doors. You will find cheaper estimates for your projects. Fiderio uses highest quality materials and highly skilled labor to install. Sales rep Mike is informative and helpful, not high pressure.

Nothing but GREAT things to say about Fiderio & Sons. From the beginning, they have been very professional, easy to work with, and very accommodating. Jonathan Fiderio was very polite and not pushy like a lot of sales people. Their showroom may seem small from the outside, but inside, they have tons of samples of tiles, flooring, cabinets, and other fixtures to look at (they even have a secret door to the downstairs that's behind a bookshelf - my 4 year old loved that!).

The carpenters and other people from Fiderio & Sons working on our bathrooms are extremely nice and doing a great job. If they have questions on how we want something done in the bathrooms, they ask before doing it so it's done correctly the first time. I would highly recommend Fiderio & Sons to anyone looking for someone to do renovations and remodeling in their house.

Just had new windows installed and am very happy with the price and the job. The workmen were very professional and skilled. I had a picture window installed where a small window was and when I saw what the giant hole in my wall looked like I almost died. The worker assured me that it will look beautiful when completed. He was right. You would never know the window wasn't there before. Not a speck of dust was left after the job was completed. I am having more windows replaced before the cold weather sets in. I highly recommend them.

Had a sales rep come to my house for a quote request on a Bath project I was ready to start. I received a call 2 days later to review the quote and was told I had to come to their showroom to receive the quote. OK! The soonest they could meet was in 3 weeks. I requested they email me the quote and the rep refused. She then came belligerent and said this is how they operate and I obviously couldn't afford them, really hard to determine when no quote was give. Don't waste your time here!
