On April 26, 2021 I had an appointment with Sandra to discuss new cabinets for my kitchen. Prior to my appointment I provided her with a rough drawing of the kitchen as well as pictures. The meeting went very well and Sandra was very helpful. Appliance model numbers were provided after the appointment. As of now, May 7, two weeks later, I am still waiting for my estimate. It's a shame because I really liked what I heard. I did reach out a week ago and was told there were 3 other people in front of me and the plans are drawn by hand.

The team at Crawford was very helpful during our kitchen remodel, despite the extended amount of time it took us to make up our minds. I wish that during the measurement phase they would have pointed out some of the areas I could have done some work to improve on the installation process. Regardless, the install team worked around the challenges and did a fantastic job. The final product look great. Very pleased.

Quality custom made cabinets at an affordable price with courteous, professional service from the design team to installation. From the day we walked into the show room until the day of installation, we were treated like family. Everything flowed like clockwork, even with several modifications our cabinets were installed in a timely manner. David had such an eye for making a modification half way through production work out beautifully on our coffee bar.
We will definitely have Crawford Cabinets assist again with future remodeling projects. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. The Crawford family truly cares for their customers and will jump in and offer suggestions that make the design flow for your space. Our kitchen turned out beautifully. The Douglas Family

Crawford Cabinets successfully blended new cabinets with our existing kitchen cabinets, and we are very pleased with the results. Our job consisted of: 1. Replacing a wall of upper dated upper cabinets, with custom made upper glass front soft close door cabinets. 2. Replacing a seldom used kitchen desk, with a custom made base cabinet with 3 soft close drawers. We could not have been more pleased with the results, and the Crawford, customer service, onsite layout, and installation teams.

When we built our house we bought all our cabinets here. We were excited and pleased with the look of our cabinets. But now, our cabinets are falling apart, literally falling off the hinges! I get it, things wear out, so I called Crawford Cabinets and they said bring in the cabinet door, which I did. While on my knees I noticed that the lazy susan was not completely installed and took a picture.
I also took a picture of another cabinet that was off kilter. When I got there they said it didn't look like anything was wrong with the hinge and it should snap right in (it doesn't). When I asked what can be done about the lazy susan they suggested I Youtube how to fix it, and the off kilter cabinet just needed an adjustment. I also asked if they knew the finish color for touch up.
She said, "I'd have to look it up." Just remember if you use Crawford Cabinets that after they install the cabinets and you pay for them you are on your own. Does anyone know a good handyman?

I've been replacing my kitchen cabinet doors myself a few at a time and this is where I go to get new ones made. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Some of the cabinet doors I'm having made with glass and they're able to match my existing style doors with glass panes. What a difference the glass doors has made to my kitchen! The last time I was there I had a great guy who worked there (Todd Berry) show me how to adjust the doors once I rehung the new ones.
I learned how to adjust them so everything lines up correctly without gaps or rubbing against the frame. I'll definitely be going back again as I finish up my kitchen. I'm glad there is a place in Augusta that I can go to get my kitchen how I want it.

We were referred by out realtor to check these guys out. They are a bit old school. the cabinet's aren't modern enough to keep up with current styles. Their business practices are a bit old fashioned as well. Like not accepting credit cards and using pencil to sketch out your layout. No computer renderings unless you pay a $300 deposit. I don't foresee these guys staying in business at their current pace unless they do some serious work to appeal to a modern consumer.
