They have a lot of choices here and a lot of things on the floor to look at. A good place to go to get ideas. Since we are in the beginning stages of thinking about a remodel we didn't talk to a sales person.

I had a great experience. Paul is so talented and helpful. My kitchen came to life right before my eyes. Wonderful selection of cabinets and top quality!

RED was the woman working on our cabinet project. DO NOT HAVE HER AS YOUR REP FOR ANY PROJECT! She will not listen to you! She is extremely disorganized and you WILL have to go over and over things multiple times because of this! She will draw up your project however SHE wants and you will never get the same drawing twice! She will tell you she is giving you the best options to not waste any space and belittle you if you do not agree! RED will ALSO order your cabinets the way SHE thinks is best AND NOT ORDER YOUR CABINETS THE WAY YOU ACTUALLY ASKED FOR! BEWARE! YOU WILL HAVE NO RECOURSE WHEN YOUR ORDER IS WRONG because she does not give you any final official documents or contracts to sign! DO NOT EXPECT AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT with prices, DO NOT EXPECT AN ELEVATION DRAWING, and DO NOT EXPECT HER TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR HER MISTAKES! when something isn't right with your project, directly relating to HER actions, YOU CAN EXPECT Red to flip flop on everything she says! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING because she will change her story with EVERY discussion! I spoke with a designer who had THE EXACT same experience so this is 100% NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT!

Great place for DIY ers who want quality cabinetry at a good price.

I honestly think this business isn't a real business and is just some sort of a front. Money laundering? Who knows? But they aren't a cabinet business. Or at least they don't seem to demonstrate much interest in selling cabinets.

Her name is "Red", she is amazing. The prices may be a bit high for me, but I love their choices and it's made in America.

When I bought the cabinets I said "No MDF". The cabinet doors and drawer fronts turned out to be MDF. I also complained the cabinets were not square. The cabinet faces were warped. It was impossible to align the cabinet doors to Not Rub. They sent out a "professional installer" to attempt to address rubbing doors. The installer confirmed the doors could not be properly aligned, the cabinets faces were warped and cabinet were not square. After they heard back from their installer they never returned my calls.

Just took delivery of my new cabinets for a Master bath Remodel. what a fantastic experience working with Robert. The showroom had a multitude of cabinet manufactures, excellent displays of cabinet profiles, an array of vanities and counter tops; but the real difference was working with Robert. He has the ability to blend his extensive knowledge with a supportive patience that made the whole selection and purchasing process so much less stressful and reassuring.

His willingness to provide comparison costs across different cabinet companies was invaluable in helping to manage budget considerations. He was responsive to all my and my contractors inquiries, providing detailed layouts/drawings and consultation. He even came on our work site (twice) to make sure our measurements were correct prior to actually ordering. I will personally use this company again. just remember to ask for Robert!

Great people to work with. We have ordered cabinets for our kitchen and bath. Good quality at reasonable prices. Red had been there for years. She has good insight into what you might need with quality recommendations. Absolutely ask for Red!

This was a great experience, beginning to end. Tim's expertise and advice were invaluable to us. He listened to my design concept, made some suggestions and helped me fine-tune my ideas into a great result! When a problem arose, Tim promptly got in touch with the manufacturer, then the installer, and went the extra mile to get our project done right! He worked with our budget and we are delighted with the quality of the cabinets we chose. I wholeheartedly recommend this business.

We went to several places and we chose this company. The service was great from the beginning. They have obviously been here a long time and it has a small business with personalized service about it. They have many different cabinets each with different shelving within the doors which helped us make a decision. The owner, Tom was more than patient as my wife went with one design to a completely different design of our bathroom vanity and then back to the original with her changing the drawer and door sizes.

We have placed our order and I will update this review after we get the vanity. I especially like the fact that they did not try to up-sell us on anything. They simply wanted us to get what we had a vision of.

Really helpful. Totally focus on you, your needs. Many possibilities presented we hadn't been thought of & totally worked for us. By all means visit if you are thinking of redoing your kitchen.

We just moved in the area and we were looking for a new kitchen. I will say we were very happy with the customer service. From the very beginning we enjoyed the experience with our designer. He explained every detail of the cabinetry world. He made sure we knew what we were buying. The product came in a few weeks and their installer Leo was the best. Was greeted immediately by "Red" who was at her desk but got up immediately to assist me with whatever questions I had. She took the time to show me around their products then sat down with me and very carefully went over a general design so that I could have a better idea of what the vanity I was looking for would cost. Ultimately it was apparent that they have lovely cabinets that are beyond the need of my master bath. They offer high quality products and helpful answers so if they seem to be in your budget I highly recommend looking up Red for wonderful customer service.

I started out thinking this was a really good business. I ordered a bathroom vanity with a tower from them. When I got home and opened the box, the tower had door panels on the sides. This is not what I ordered. I reached out to them asking them to correct the order. After a great deal of arguing from them that they could never make a mistake, they agreed to order a new tower and refund me the difference.

When it came time for the refund my money, another lengthy battle ensued. I even spoke to one of the owners and I now know where the employees learned their horrible customer service. Unless you are wanting to get hung up on and yelled at as part of your customer experience, I recommend you find another cabinet shop that appreciates their customers.

I cannot sing high enough praises for this place! Just received a cabinet that we ordered exactly on time! The salesperson, Robert, was the FRIENDLIEST and most knowledgeable salesperson that I've had the pleasure to work with. He patiently took time and focused on our project and answered all of our questions. Their prices beat everyone else, and I shopped around a lot. HIGHLY recommend!

Really a zero star for me. I came in on a slow Thursday to look at options for my kitchen remodel. Not only did no one help me with my search, no one even said HELLO! like really? You can't even greet your customer who might be dropping thousands of dollars with you. There were a few guys sitting in the office area when you first walk in, no word from them.

There were a few people in the warehouse part, still not even a Hello, or welcome, or how can I help you. Call me old fashioned but I believe a company needs to EARN my business.

We had our kitchen and all bathrooms remodeled and loved the way everything turned out. Red spent time with us and worked closely with our contractor on some unique circumstances with our closet and a particular difficult corner area. The results are amazing and we are loving all of our new cabinetry throughout our home. Thank you Red Tyche! It was a pleasure to work with you!

Just came and left. Wow. Walked around 20 minutes with me husband. We were the only 1 of 2 customers in on a Saturday morning. Walked around a good 20 minutes measuring the different cabinets, etc, 4 people just sitting on their desk, no one offered to even help. So decided to take our money and purchase cabinet elsewhere!

Very nice large showroom display of great cabinet manufacturers. "Red" was incredibly helpful today as we worked out a glitch I had from a not-so-reputable cabinet company. My client will be so happy I found this distributor! Definitely worth the trip, tons of choices!

Unfortunately my experience was not very good. We were real excited about going to this place as my sister had recommended it. We had presented our kitchen plan and he kept trying to persuade us to change our plan. Then he kept telling us how expensive it would be to have this kitchen, telling us how much money we would be spending.and laughing at the same time.

Really weird sales pitch. He also kept trying to recommend that we move our ovens to the other side of the kitchen telling us the rules to laying out the kitchen, then would say, "sorry if I am being rude" which was irritating. I felt like saying "then stop being rude!" I do not like it when negative non-factual random comments are stated about other companies, that to me, is very unprofessional, which is what this sales person did.

It seemed like he was not interested in us and wanted us to leave, because he kept saying "the drawing will take an hour" maybe because he knew we were installing the cabinets ourselves. I do not know, all I know is that I was glad to leave. I do not recommend this place at all they get a "F" for customer service. Who knows what the product will be like with them in charge!

I thought the selection was nice, decent turn around time. My issue was with how friendly and helpful most people were that work her. The older father is a jerk and rude! The lady "red" is not nice either, never welcomed us on our many visits with hello and instead asks " what do u want." The only person worth talking to was roger.
