The worst experience ever. They have devalued my home and refuse to accept responsibility for their actions and poor craftsmanship. They want to "fix" all of their mistakes instead of tearing out the unacceptable and shabby work that was done. Customer service and negotiation is definitely NOT their forte either. I'm trying to think of something positive to say, but after almost a year we still do not have a completed kitchen or bath. What an expensive lesson. I would rate this company. -10 if I could!

Bailey was the installer for our cabinets in our new Pulte house back in 2016. They did a good job and the cabinets are still holding up well a year later. The problem is that we wanted to expand our cabinets to an empty area of the kitchen and thought it would be best to use the same company. We were given the contact info from the home builder. Twice by email and once by phone which was done with a Bailey installer at a nearby home, I attempted to ask for a quote or a home visit, or anything.
Any kind of instructions on what to do next. Visit showroom? Anyway, I was ignored on all 3 attempts over a period of a few months. No response from Bailey. I guess they are so successful that they don't need new work. Oh well, I give up. I'll use another company for our kitchen extension. Too bad. Because the matching cabinets are in stock on the Aristokraft website and our job is relatively simple.

They did our bathrooms and part of our kitchen two years ago. At the time, they were very good except one of their employees. We left town for two days and while we werent there, he smoked and jammed all of the butts in our sprinklers. He was supposed to replace completely bathroom fans. Instead, he replaced only the outer cover to make it look like he had replaced them.
He filled holes in the kitchen with newspaper and didnt want to drywall them. He felt it was unnecessary since we were putting up a backsplash. Lots of shortcuts. The grout in our bath and kitchen started crumbling within the first month. We never reported it and just fixed it ourselves. We had cultured marble done for our bathroom. One of the sinks is already cracked.
We provided the faucets and bathroom fixtures, however they must not be installed correctly, because the drain plug hasnt worked since the first day. When they installed the bathroom cabinets, they had to remove some of our brand new baseboard. They reinstalled it when they were done. We have new baseboard throughout he house. This bathroom is the only spot where is it pulling away from the wall.
The positives were that Ron was responsive to us when we called. The quality of our bathroom cabinets is good. We figured some of this stuff was fairly minor and recommended them to a friend. Our friend has had nothing but problems. They only had one bathroom done and it is going on almost a year. Mirrors fell off the wall. Granite on two counter tops dont match.
Not properly sealed with correct materials behind the shower (per the county building inspector).and now Im worried about what may or may not be behind ours. We spent way too much money to have issues like this and I am additionally saddened that we recommended them to a friend. That will be the last time.

We had a home built in Lithia, FL and the builder used Bailey Industries to install all cabinets in the house. They did such a horrible job they had to send out a professional to fix the problems even a year after the install was complete. I would never use this company for a renovation project. They hire subcontractors to do their work that are not professional and do horrible work. 14 months later we are still dealing with them to fix their problems.
