I have done business with Baker's for almost 15 years. I have done a kitchen as well as a laundry room with them and have also given them additional business by recommending them to other people through a previous business I owned. I emailed Tim asking him to please come and finish the crown moulding on the last three cabinets in my kitchen, which I did with him almost 15 years ago, as well as fixing a lifetime warranty cabinet that is broken.
He told me that he was never contracted to do the crown on my cabinets and that I was given a name of a person to contact to do it. This is not correct, I never hired an outside party to come do the other cabinets. He sent someone to do it and the guy cut the last crown wrong and I was told they would re order the wood and be back to finish. So now I have crown moulding on all of my cabinets except for 3!
As far as the broken cabinet, Tim told me to bring the parts into his store and he would order them. I guess I am suppose to disassemble the cabinet track, take them to the store and then reassemble them myself when and if he actually does order them. What kind of lifetime warranty is this? I don't know how to assemble cabinet tracks, nor do I know how to take them apart.

DO NOT contract these people to do ANYTHING, they promise everything tell you what you want to hear and you hound them forever to finish anything. The customer service is TERRIBLE and they don't honor their warranties!

We were very pleased with the design for our kitchen remodel that Lonnie created. He was always available to answer questions or communicate the next steps during the entire process. Lonnie was responsive and really helped us through the entire process! The quality and look of the cabinets was also top notch. Lonnie also recommended a fantastic contractor to complete the install.
His name is Alan Bruchhauser and we would highly recommend him. His attention to detail was fantastic! As disruptive as an entire remodel can be, it was definitely worth it and thank you to Lonnie and Alan for making it happen!

Stopped in the shop on January 12th in person and don't hear anything. Called them on January 20th and no call back. Called back on January 26th - talked to owner who said he will call me back "tomorrow". Still waiting for "tomorrow" to come. Business must be pretty good if you don't have to call customers back. I thought these guys were better than this.very disappointing. Oh well, kitchen world was more than happy to take my order and my money.
