Superior Woodcraft builds handcrafted, custom cabinetry for the entire home. Founded in 1967 by master cabinetmaker Karl H. Geiger, Superior Woodcraft is committed to preserving the time-honored skills, traditions and integrity of old-world cabinetmaking. Our craftsmen create truly custom, fully functional, highly aesthetic pieces of unparalleled quality and everlasting beauty.
Karl Geiger My father, Karl Geiger, grew up in war-torn Europe. In search of a better life, he immigrated to the United States with the help of a sponsoring family from Lancaster County, PA. Karl worked on the family's farm to repay his debt to them for helping him start a new life in America. Like most immigrants, he had to learn a new language and new customs to assimilate into a different culture. But this was America - the place where, with enough initiative and hard work, all of this was possible.
In 1967, when I was just three months old, my father opened Superior Woodcraft. Over the years, the company grew from one man working out of his toolbox to a company that provides a living for over 45 local families. During the 1970's, my father's first shop was tragically claimed by fire. As a result, the business was moved to Doylestown, PA where we are still located today.
Superior Woodcraft's values are demonstrated by the actions of our cabinetmakers and the integrity of our cabinetry. The natural beauty of the wood shows that it has been patiently cared for by the artisan who released its unique character. Attention to detail is self-evident as each piece reveals the identity of the craftsmen who created it.

We can't say enough about our experience with Superior Woodcraft. Nancy was our design consultant for this extensive kitchen and living area renovation. She patiently listened to our needs during multiple meetings. When weren't sure of design options, Nancy suggested innovative solutions to provide all the features we required. Modifications during the process were never an issue. Nancy always made herself available throughout the process and was totally focused on meeting our needs and making us happy and satisfied clients.
The installation and finishing work was well coordinated and went very smoothly. The final design was phenomenal and the cabinetry craftsmanship, exquisite. Also, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that the service after the sale was excellent. We couldn't be more pleased with Superior Woodcraft and the final result!

Superior Woodcraft is fantastic and we love the fact that its a local business! Michelle, Stephanie and their entire staff are great to deal with and very professional. If you are looking for the best I highly recommend this business. I am delighted with Superior Woodcraft in Doylestown, Pa. Superior Woodcraft is very professional and meticulous. Excellent Craftsman/women and designers working with me and our budget. It's a pleasure working with them on my kitchen project. I was afraid at first with cost, but they are upfront in every step.
My kitchen looks amazing so far. They designed it with me and my family in mind. They will HANDLE EVERYTHING. I'm so fortunate I found them, looking forward to our next big project with them. Excellent company to deal with. Exquisite attention to details. Worked very closely with us through the whole project. And the job was done in a very timely manner. Definitely recommend to anyone who is particular about having their personal tastes addressed. Custom designed a coffee hutch that is outstanding. They are simply the best. Don't go anywhere else.

Michelle and the whole team at Superior Woodcraft went above and beyond to give us our dream kitchen. They oversaw every piece of the renovation from the quartz countertop, appliance install, electrical and of course cabinetry. Not only was the timeline stuck to meticulously, but the finished product is "superior" to any other kitchen I've seen. Our contractor actually told us we had the "most beautiful cabinets he has ever seen".
And he has been in the business over 30 years. I would HIGHLY recommend Superior Woodcraft to anyone who wants high quality, beautiful, durable, well made cabinets and a flawless kitchen renovation!

We had the pleasure of working with Michelle and Stephanie from Superior Woodcraft. The whole staff is professional and friendly. Very easy to work with and they listen to what you want. Very detailed oriented. The quality of the workmanship is top notch. The handcrafted custom made cabinets are high quality. Delivered and installed on time. The installers were great too. Very professional. They took the utmost care. I highly recommend them.

Superior Woodcraft is extraordinary! The staff is delightful to work with and go above and beyond to accommodate our specific needs. They've customized our current kitchen, son's built in desk, drawers, bookshelves and are currently working on two renovation projects for us on the Main Line. We don't go anywhere else for cabinets.

I met a representative of Superior Woodcraft at the Doylestown Arts and Crafts Show who was showing a single vanity for $500. and was told a similar double would be about $900-$1,000. I called the company and they sent out a person to measure the space and to sketch what I described to them. I asked about a specialty wood that I wanted but they could not get it.
They then sent me an estimate for 4 times as much (in a wood I did not request). I asked for a new estimate for a common wood (since they were showing that at the craft show) but they never gave me a new estimate or responded to my last e mail. So, ultimately, they just wasted my time.
