Jim did a great job on our old fiberglass shower making it look like new. We also had him change the color from almond to white. His clean up was excellent and even had a evacuation system that vent out a window. This help to keep the mess and smell down to a minimum. When he was all done with the project, he took the time to explain the best cleaning of the new finish on the shower. I wish I had taken a before picture to show the vast improvement.

Jim is the most honest service technician I've ever come across. He came to resurface our shower pan due to some cracks which I believed were causing water to get on the floor outside the shower. Jim analyzed the situation, asked me to monitor it for a few weeks and gave me a quote. He came back at the scheduled appointment time and determined that the cracks aren't the reason for the leaks.

He was very helpful in suggesting an inexpensive solution to stop the leaks and advised me not to spend the money on the resurfacing. Any other person would have taken advantage of my ignorance and done the unnecessary work. You can count on this company to be honest! I highly recommend Jim and his business.

Jim showed up promptly at the time we agreed on and did an excellent job reglazing my crusty brown bath tiles. It looks like a brand new bathroom. I could not be happier and would recommend Jim (Resurface Pros) to anyone I know! Thank you Jim, my bathroom is now beautiful and usable!

I don't write reviews but felt compelled to tell about my experience with Jim today as he resurfaced a 21 year old shower in my home. It had been dirty and hard to clean for sometime. Today he custom matched my color and the results are stunning. If I had replaced this shower the labor and mess would have been substantial. But I found Resurface Pros and Jim's work and love for his craft comes through in his work.

I am beyond pleased and if you are looking to revive a shower that you thought was done call him right away. I guarantee you will love the result. Only one problem now. Jim did our bathtub at our old house in 2009 and did a great job. So when we needed our bathtub done we knew who to call! Our tub before was very OLD and nasty. It had some mold around the caulking, light chips on the bottom, and paint that we couldn't get off. He did an excellent job and it looks brand new now!

Jim at Resurface Pros did a fantastic job on my one piece fiberglass tub/shower surround. I decided to go the refinish route because I naively yanked out the fiberglass shower surround in my other bathroom and tiled it last year. What a huge pain and expense. Jim resurfaced the inside of our old claw foot tub as part of our bathroom remodel. The tub was full of stains, and its finish was very dull and impossible to clean. He was recommended to our contractor by another client. I am so glad we chose him! Not only does our decades-old tub look shiny and new, but he was so easy to work with, from start to finish.

He thoroughly explained his process over the phone and showed up on time. It took him a few hours, and after he was finished he walked me through very clear instructions on how to keep the tub looking its best. Plus, he was really nice to my dog, which goes a long way in our house!

I am so pleased with Jim's work. My countertops are absolutely gorgeous now and for a fraction of the price. Everything was done in one day! This was so much easier than trying to go through one of the big chains. At Lowe's and Home Depot, there were hundreds of samples but no one had time to give me any assistance. Go with the small business - you can't match it for personal service and quality work!

Contacted Jim in 2018 and he explained everything on what to expect to resurface our shower pans and bathroom counter. He was honest on what we needed versus what we didn't need to resurface areas in our home which demonstrated his integrity and honest character. Our circumstances changed and had to put our project on hold. Contacted Jim a year later in 2019, and again, he demonstrated that he cared about answering all of our questions and welcomed us to visit his showroom of samples of his work. Jim resurfaced our shower pans, bathroom counter, and also painted our bathroom cabinets. Everything looks fabulous and refreshed! His prices are more than fair. We could not be happier with the high quality work and with how much we saved by resurfacing!

Jim resurfaced the tub at my mom's place this summer. He did a great job. The tub was quite old and when he started working the tile by the tub started to fall down. Jim was able to save the tile for me and saved me a lot of money as well. He is a very hard worker and completed the job in the intense summer heat. Jim finished the job ahead of schedule as well. Highly recommended!

Jim resurfaced 2 bathtubs and 1walled bath tile surround in my home. All three were original installs from 1962. If I could rate his work greater than 5 stars, I would! The results are impeccable and superior to brand new installs. I expected them to look better, but to look brand new never crossed my mind. Phenomenal work by a phenomenal person. And his services are worth much more than what he charges. Forego paying a plumber & call Resurface Pros! My utmost gratitude to you Jim!

Jim at Resurfacing Pro did a fantastic job on our unique furniture! We are at Wight Eye Care in Loves Park and he resurfaced our frame boards, that had been the same ugly color for many years! I was told by a couple contractors that it could not be done, but Jim did a great job! Would highly recommend him for any resurfacing needs!

After reading Andrew Burright's recent review, I would like to say that he was misinformed. I contracted Jim to refinish the tub two weeks ago. Because the tub had been resurfaced many years ago, Jim had to remove the old surface and start from scratch. Quite a big job! We agreed on the price and the time before the tub could be used. The cleanup was great and the tub looks amazing. Thanks Jim!

Had a shower wall repaired and refinished, as well as the tub refinished. Jim did a great job! It is shining like brand new, and the color match was perfect - I can't even tell where his repair work starts/ends. And what a pleasant person to talk to on top of the great work.
