We worked with Chicago Renovations and Development to completely redo 2 bathrooms. To say their work was outstanding is an understatement. The initial meeting was warm, collegial and insightful. The planning was excellent and their assistance with suppliers could not have been better. Their work crews are spectacular -- professional and very personable.

And most importantly, they also worked with us to make sure the quality of what we bought was high, advised us on material we should return and exchange, and discussed with us what they we going to as they engaged in the project. Best of all was the pride they took in the work they were doing -- genuine, high-quality craftsmanship. I would never hesitate in recommending them.

Brad works the details, communicates frequently, and delivers value. Jerry and the crew are ultra professional, conscientious, and put in a good days work. We have an old house and they had to rebuild the bathroom from the ground up. The results exceeded our expectations. We're now dreaming about our new kitchen. Brad and team will be our first call.

Brad and his team at Chicago Renovation saved the day for me. We had a new AC unit installed by another company that forgot to attach the drain properly, resulting in our wood floor buckling and causing water damage to the unit below us. Luckily, we found Brad at Chicago Renovation. Brad thoroughly inspected the damage and help navigate how to deal with such extensive damage.

His team replaced a large section of our floor, they even had to remove some underlying structure that had been infected with mold. They then went into my downstairs neighbors place and replaced the drywall that had been damaged as well. When the job was done, our floors looked even better than they did before this entire ordeal and our neighbors were very happy with the quality in their unit. (Don't worry, this was all eventually covered by the original HVAC company's insurance provider.) Brad is a true expert in the field and a pleasure to work with.

I'm sure that there were cheaper options available, but just based on his expertise and attention to detail, we made the decision that we wanted this done right the first time. It was a great decision, and I will continue to use Brad and Chicago Renovation for any other projects that pop up in our home. We were in a time crunch and needed someone right away. Brad and his team were out quickly and did everything to get the job completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. We were extremely happy with the quality of the work, the responsiveness in getting it completed and the detailed billing provided for the insurance claim needed. The last "i" has been dotted on our down-to-the studs and joists bathroom remodel/reconstruction in our 100+ year old home and we couldn't be happier. Brad, Jerry & Chris exceeded our expectations. Although in-the-field change orders almost doubled the original job cost, we were prepared for that by Brad in his original walk-through and the final cost was certainly fair for all the work and ingenuity that went into the reconstruction. Brad's suggested tile and fixture suppliers were also excellent. We have the period-appropriate up-to-date bathroom that I envisioned. We would certainly recommend CRDC for any big or little job you might have.

Simply the best. Brad and his team have worked on multiple projects in my home. Each one was done to perfection. Brad always keeps you up-to-date as the project progresses. His team is polite, efficient, on-time and neat. I will always use Brad and his team for any renovation/remodeling project.

Really loved working with Brad. He brought some great ideas to the table on how we could improve the concept for our kitchen rehab. We have a 118 year old row house in a historic neighborhood in Chicago, so we ran into more than our share of problems and surprises, but Brad and his crew were able to deal with them all. All-in-all things finished pretty close to the deadline despite it being a completed in the middle of the polar vortex.

He was very flexible as we had a few odd requests. I will say that going into the negotiations of what your expectations and needs are for the project, you should ask lots of questions, even if you think you know quite a bit about home improvement. We had a couple of instances where we thought certain things were included in the original quote, but they weren't. An example of that would be; we were getting new hardwood floors, but our sub flooring needed to be replaced & there needed to be leveling done on some slanted floor joists. Basically, inquire a lot about what surprises he thinks you might run into and work on getting that priced out before hand.

I've yet to have a repair job on an old house that didn't go over the original cost because of necessary repairs found during the job. Overall if I ever have a big job like completely redoing a kitchen I would call him back and surely recommend him to my friends.

I hired Chicago Renovation for kitchen remodeling and the experience was nothing less than exceptional. My wife and I absolutely LOVE our new kitchen (with custom island) and we can not thank them enough. Brad answered all of our questions in a timely manner, took care of any issues and put my wife and I at ease when it came time to making decisions about features. Our budget was met but not exceeded and the price was very fair! We will be hiring Chicago Renovation again and I highly recommend them!
