Dolan John Flooring Cabinets & Counter Tops

We used John Dolan for our bathroom renovation, we are really pleased with the outcome! The best part by far was working with Lorraine, who kept us as informed as possible and was really kind.

Horrible customer service. Scheduled to come to the showroom to look at hardwood floor samples. Waited outside for 15minutes with wife and 2 month old. Knocked on door, called with no answer. Finally a man who says was John Dolan opened the door and was not expecting us. Showed us samples but there was no organization. We said we want a 4-5 inch width in medium brown. Had to go through every sample board to see what they had.

All the sample boards were piled on each other. Picked 2 samples we we were interested in to get a quote. Said he would have something Monday for us ( day we went in was Friday) now been about a month with no contact from them. They ghosted us 5 years ago when we inquired about a kitchen remodel quote.

Best kitchen and bath guys you could ask for. Had them do 2 bathrooms and my kitchen over. John was incredible to work with and was there every step of the way. It could be incredibly inconvenient to not have a kitchen or a bathroom but the turn around time was so quick it was it was unreal. The quality of work is is top notch johns guys are true craftsman.

Not at any point did I see any dust outside of the work area. If I ever have a kitchen or a bathroom done again in my life I wouldn't even think of turning anywhere else. Thank you John & crew!

John Dolan remodeled three bathrooms in my home this fall. This business is used to doing things a certain way and that is ok, but I had a lot of ideas about what I wanted and at times I felt as though I was being steered away from what I might want because it's just not the way they do things. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome and any concerns that I had along they way were always addressed immediately.

John Dolan renovated our kitchen at the start of this year. From the start we had a great experience from the first meeting until the last walk through. Caroline came to our house at the beginning took measurements and listened to what my husband and I were looking for. She was able to work with the design to give us everything we wanted in the space we had.

What I think is the most important is that she really listened to us and made the kitchen fit with the house. We had received some other quotes/designs that were more of what the designer wanted instead of what we wanted. Caroline also had a great knowledge of what would work/not work and what made sense/practical. John Dolan also was able to give a beautiful kitchen within our budget.

Once construction started the process met the timeline they gave us. They were timely with their communication and response to concerns/questions my husband and I had. Now we have a beautiful bright open kitchen that is much more user friendly with lots of storage. This is exactly what we needed. When a few issues popped up as things always do with major construction- John Dolan had someone at the house to fix it the next day. My husband says almost every day- I love our kitchen! We could not be happier and would both highly recommend John Dolan Flooring Kitchen and Bath!

We recently renovated our kitchen, which involved taking down load bearing walls and completely gutting it. We had a great experience working with John Dolan Kitchen and Flooring. The design was exactly what we were hoping for, the team was professional, their work is beautiful, and most importantly, they finished the job on schedule before our baby arrived. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I look forward to working with them again on future projects.

We just completed replacement carpeting for 3 upstairs bedrooms, a staircase, and a front to back living room. Dolan Flooring quickly visited and gave us a quote and within 30 days the job was done by two installers. With so much to move out of each room and very little remaining space, we greatly appreciated the installer's help with a few large items. They were able to move them around to get each room completed. Carpeting looks great!

We would definitely recommend John Dolan Kitchen and Baths. The office staff was easy to work with and a big help while choosing tiles and a counter top for our bathroom. We were moving into a condo and needed to change the bathroom in the master bedroom. My husband and I wanted to be in and settled before Thanksgiving. The work was not only finished ahead of time, but the bathroom looks beautiful.! John Dolan and all his workers were polite and very professional.

We hired John Dolan to do a complete kitchen renovation, including opening up a wall into the dining room and reconfiguring the layout of the original kitchen. Wonderful experience with a kitchen remodel in an older home. Friends and family are amazed at how well it came out. This was the second time we hired John Dolan Flooring, Kitchen and Bath and would do so again.

I recommend them wholeheartedly. We have used them 3 times and each time they have been pleasant to work with and professional. They have arrived on time and done a great job. Each day they clean so thoroughly you would not know that you had work going on in the house.

Just had someone come and give me an estimate she literally spent two minutes in my house asked what my budget was and said oh no it would be double that and walked out. I have had numerous contractors out to give me an estimate and not one was this high or anywhere close. Said she would not work with my budget. Absolutely ridiculous would never have them do my kitchen the job will go to someone else.

And I would also like to mention our budget was completely within industry standards for our size kitchen John Dolan only takes the big expensive jobs to pay the canton rent.

If you are lucky they'll do the job right the first time. if not, then expect to be put off. Be sure to triple check all their work before making final payment.

Typical contractors. Call them for an estimate, takes 5 days to come out and see it. They call to reschedule later in the day, no problem, then they show up, spend my time and theirs looking over a job. Then two weeks goes by and I cannot get the estimate from them, even though I have called and asked for it a couple times. Typical, they only take the jobs they want. I consider that rude. Then they wonder why people hate contractors of this type.
