Sandra John Interiors

This review is a few years late. I recently drove by and was not surprised that they are moved out and hopefully closed. However, in the event that Sandra John is still doing business I feel I must submit my review. We hired Sandra to decorate our living room. The entire experience was unprofessional and stressful. The designer she assigned to our project did not listen to our request and had spacial and color issues.

Not good. The wrong furniture was ordered. Wall unit was wrong color. Sofa wrong color. Card table too large for the space. Furniture took months to be delivered with no follow up or status to us. Shutters were installed by Sandra's husband. He cracked the frame during install. Rather than admitting the mistake he oput masking tape over crack and left.

To make up for our experience Sanra offered us free consulting on our next project. Hilarious! Really? Stay away! Their claim to be business people focused on customer service is a complete fabrication.

Does not return phone calls, emails! Very disappointed with this outfit. They installed my shades and a couple of weeks after battery changed, one shade did not work. It took several phone calls and a few weeks for them to get back to me. They finally fixed it. A month later, another shade did not work, it has been about three months now, still not fixed and phone calls never returned. The office, no one answers the phone at anytime of the day. What can I say!
