Vern Snow had talent. He had the ability to both build and fix nearly anything. Whether it was a project made out of metal, steel or wood, he could build it. It was his gift and his passion to visualize something, put it on paper and make it a reality. Although he was proud of his mill right work he did at Libbey Owens Ford during his 30 years there, he knew he wanted to do something different.

Knowing he was going to retire in 1987 at a young age, he decided to put his time and energy into a new passion.
