Horrible experience on a new deck project with this contractor. Project is behind schedule and communication is very poor. His crew leaves the site a mess with garbage all over and make no effort to clean-up. Had to secure our garage as they had helped themselves to our saw horses and brooms as I walked up one day. Mr. Ruszkowski is seldom on-site and therefore they have little to no supervision. Had to refuse to let 1 crew return after my 7yr caught them walking out from behind our garage after urinating - which they admitted to.
They then proceeded to run over several bags of grass clippings left on the curb by a neighbor as they pulled away from our property. It defies belief but is our unfortunate reality. Monitoring the final steps to complete the project and then severing any tie to this company.

Ruszkowski Construction finished our basement on time and exactly as proposed. Steve and all the workman were were efficient, courteous and went the extra mile to explain the project, offer suggestions and answer questions and concerns. And they cleaned up everyday!. The project went smoothly and as scheduled even though several trades were involved. We would definately recommend Ruszowski Construction. Lynda and Ron B.
