Our showroom offers you the opportunity to see what your countertops, cabinets, and fixtures look and feel like before you commit to a purchase. I called repeatedly but they could not bother to call back and make an appointment to measure for my job. I even visited the store in person, told them I was the lady that had been calling and was not given the time of day. Very disappinted. Terrible customer service. I guess my $25K kitchen was too small a job for them. Who knows?

Extremely disappointed! My husband and I invested over $20k to have a new kitchen designed in our home in Davidson by this group. They had a blank canvas to work with on this project. Today when our GC installed the standard size dishwasher, after installing the standard size, free standing stove, the poor design has the dishwasher door hitting the side of the stove.
We called and spoke with Brian, the owner, who basically told us there is nothing they could do. Extremely sad when you try to support a local company and you receive this type of poor customer service! Steer clear of this outfit! They don't stand behind their poor craftsmanship at all!

Very happy with their work. We loved the new kitchen and updated baths. Easy to work with and very accommodating. Met their commitments and stayed within budget. Melanie did a fabulous job helping us with the design of the kitchen, baths and laundry room. Melanie and Brian were a pleasure to work with during the enormous remodeling project. We would recommend them for any project. I tell my husband every day that I am in love with my new kitchen! Joyce and Brian Fox

International Kitchen and Bath helped us with our new kitchen. Having an odd shaped kitchen with angled walls, many doors, very few cabinets and drawers, ( that were so small they could not even store our silverware). Brian and Melanie came to the house and designed a new layout for the kitchen. Their installer was most professional and did a fantastic job making every cabinet fit to perfection.
We now have a kitchen with ample room for all our kitchen needs plus more. The cabinets we got were top of the line and reasonably priced. We could not be more happy with our new kitchen thanks to Brian and Melanie at International Kitchen and Bath.

Do not look any further if you are considering a kitchen. Let me tell you why. My wife was pregnant with our 3rd child, we were moving into a new house after starting a new job. I read other reviews online and wanted to meet the staff at International Kitchen and Bath in Davidson, NC. I walked into the store and met Elizabeth Kaufman. From day 1 she walked us through the process of design, redesign, construction, etc.
She held our hand the entire time. She was amazing to work with. Not only that, they built this kitchen within 3 months (from design to completion) while my wife was pregnant. She was a calming voice and a guiding voice all at the same time. She took the stress off of both my wife and I and delivered above our expectations and we have high expectations.
If you live in Hickory, Lake Norman Area, Charlotte etc, you would be absolutely insane to go anywhere else. I'm already considering other projects in the future to be done with this company. I also want to mention Gordon who was apart of our Construction crew was absolutely incredible. Trusting, honorable, and attention to details. Folks, you don't find companies like this anymore. Take a peek at the pics. They are even more beautiful in person.

My husband and I wanted a kitchen that we could work in without crashing into each other. Lisa, the designer at I.K. & B helped us to realize this dream. She is respectful, timely with all appointments and drawings as well as able to recommend contractors compatible with the project. We are very happy with the new kitchen! It is beautiful and a joy to work in. And I should mention that this is our second project with this company.

International Kitchen and Bath remodeled our kitchen and the results were truly outstanding. We were pleased with every aspect of the job. Remodeling the kitchen started us down the road to remodeling first our downstairs bath, then two baths upstairs and finally our laundry room. After the first experience, we never bothered to get quotes or plans from anyone else.
We just called International Kitchen and Bath and had them handle the project. Each time we were extremely pleased with the ideas and guidance we were given in coming up with a plan, the quality of the work including the sub-contractors and the pricing (realize that they're higher end). We are very pleased to give them our highest recommendation.
