The transformation made me cry! Kevin handled the wood as if he were in a relationship with every piece and installing in his own kitchen. Nikki helped us design and answered every question we posed. It was an amazing experience from beginning to end. I am so happy we chose Wood Hollow Cabinets! Spectacular! Service: Custom cabinet design & installation

I worked here last year. And to tell you the truth, it's not worth it. They start you off at $12 an hour and they make you do hard labor work with dangerous machinery, no fans to make it feel better. It's so dusty within the workshop, they only clean it once a year. They don't offer you overtime, the restrooms are never cleaned, they don't hire any janitors to clean the restrooms, they look like they've been abandoned for years.
The break room has no AC. in general it's clear that this job doesn't care about their employees. Some of the workers worked really hard, they could do the job of 4 men with quality. And they didn't get paid more than 12 to 13 an hour. I did notice some people were started at 14 to 16 an hour with the easier jobs. But the harder labor jobs payed so little.
In general, this job isn't professional, the workers work like it's their last day, they do everything fine but the pay raises don't seem to change. It's still on that work for 2 years and you get a 50 cent raise. And if you work longer, the more benefits you receive. That was ok in the late 2000s but it's 2022 and the economy is going up. Treat your employees the same way they treat your business, they deserve to be paid more, without them, the company wouldn't even have a successful running business.

We had a great experience all the way around. We only had a bathroom vanity designed and installed but we were treated as importantly as if we were having a newly built home furnished. The designer was very helpful and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent. They called to set up an install time and arrived when they said they would. The installers even called to let us know they were within a half hour away to verify they were on schedule. Lastly, the installers were excellent!
They were both very knowledgeable and helped us make a few decisions based on their experience. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and the professionalism from start to finish. I have a few other projects in mind and will definitely use them again. Photos posted soon!

In 2016, my wife and I remodeled our kitchen, the work entailed all new cabinets designed, built and installed by Wood Hollow Cabinets. The design called for two large pantry cabinets, one of which was placed in an out of the way location which we rarely pay attention to. We loved the look, functionality and placement of the whole kitchen. It was six years before either of us noticed that one of the pantry doors (on the out of the way cabinet) had been built slightly differently than the others.
Not expecting much after such a long time, I called Wood Hollow to find out what it would cost to replace the door with a properly matching one. Their rep. Emily asked for photos of the door and of the whole cabinet and a little time to work on the situation. The next day I received a call that asked if I could bring in the non matching door, I did. Emily told me that they were going to replace the door at their cost!
Given that the new door would need to be worked into their busy work flow (new cabinet builds were taking three plus months) we did not expect any quick action and it did take about a month before we received the new door. Sadly, when we got it, it was about 1/8 of an inch too wide and would not fit into the opening. I relayed this information to Emily, who assured me that they wanted to get it right, long story short, they did, and because of the intricate design that meant remaking the entire door again.
The total cost to me for this new door and a now perfectly matched cabinet was the price of driving two trips to their shop, less than 100 miles total. If you can find better customer service than that, you better take it because you would have found a real unicorn. I will recommend to any and all who ask, WOOD HOLLOW CABINETS for their product, their prices and most of all their long lasting concern that they take care of their customers! And no, I have no connection to the company or it's employees!

Woodhollow Cabinets did a wonderful job on our cabinets at the time we designed and built our home. We decided we wanted more and redesign one section. They were fabulous to work with to get us exactly what we wanted. Everything turned out beautifully. The installers were skilled, on time and pleasant. We couldn't be happier. Wood Hollow designed, built, and installed our cabinets when we built our home. We were so happy with the results, we called on them when we decided to add new cabinets to our laundry room. They were quick to respond with a technician to measure the space. In what seemed no time at all, they had the cabinets built and were ready for the installation. The installation was efficient and well done. We are extremely happy with the finished product and would recommend Wood Hollow Cabinets to anyone.

A great experience, oh my, so many choices when you do custom cabinets. The look and fabrication of the cabinets are just super. Our contractor looked at some of the special features we chose and said that he had not seen such a design before. Cabinets were early and the install went very well. A few minor problems where all handled without complaint or question. A great experience and likely about the same price we would have paid for a big box store without the custom touches and quality.

Wood Hollow's team did a great job with us replacing our upper cabinets and updating the lowers. Nikki did a wonderful job helping us with the layout and design. Taylor did a good job managing our installation. The installers did an amazing job installing our cabinets and any problems were worked out very quickly and efficiently. Although there were very few problems Matt did a very good job making the final tweaks to complete the process to protection. Thanks Wood Hollow,

We shopped for new bathroom cabinets. The assistance provided by Hannah was great. Many samples on display to choose from as far as design and stain. Hardware samples too. Reasonable time frame from quote till delivery. Everything was beautiful. Just a couple of minor issues at install. Easily corrected. We highly recommend the quality, value, and professionalism of Wood Hollow.

Terrible. We did a huge remodel of our house and used two different cabinet companies. The first company was professional, incredibly good at communicating, delivered a wonderful quality product exactly as expected, and delivered the cabinets within the time frame that they promised. Woodhollow was completely the opposite. They said it was going to be 6-8 weeks to completion once I paid the deposit.
When I called at 6 weeks to find out when they were going be installed (after more than one email receiving no response), I was told that it was now going to take an additional 6 weeks. I had to call multiple times to try and get an install date. When they installed the cabinets, one of their installers dragged my furniture across my newly refinished hardwood floors creating huge scratches that had to be repaired (they at least paid for the repair).
The cabinet color that I chose looked white in their facility but in my small mud room they have a weird tint that makes them look like a light blue/green - it's a really strange finish. I've had two different experienced painters look at it and they both said that something is off with the tint for the color to change that much. Woodhollow's response was basically "too bad - you picked it.
We can't be responsible for how it looks in your home." Really horrible experience - do not recommend in any way. UPDATE: back to the color issue above. The color I picked was called "SUPER WHITE". It looks blue/green in my room. Woodhollow delivered some missing shelves after they refused to fix the color issue. The shelves were labeled with my name and "SUPER WHITE".
In the picture attached you see the shelves in the foreground and the cabinets in the background and the shelves are actually white and are very different than the cabinets themselves. When I called Rhonda to tell her that I still think that there is a problem with the color of the cabinets she said "I will repaint the shelves to match the exterior color not the other way around." When I said no (being very short at this point because I am frustrated they won't fix $7,000 worth of cabinets that have a paint color that looks completely different at my house than how it looked in their showroom), she hung up on me. Singularly the most rude and unapologetic company I have ever used.
