Procrastinated installing my custom cabinet. Made arrangements to install the first time, no show no notice. Very rude when discussing issues. On 3-15-2018 mark had come and did measurements and spoke with me about putting in a cabinet. He gave me a quote and on 4-10-2018 we made the agreement to do the cabinet. I sent the deposit and contract to him.
He responded on 4-16-2018 to let me know he received the contract. I contacted him on 5-3-2018 to see when they would get a cabinet door from me so they could match the new cabinet. He responded and it was picked up the following week. I contacted them on 5-20-2018 and asked for my deposit back since it had taken over a month to install. After that they set up a time to install the cabinet.
The first arrangement to install was 5-22-2018. No one showed up or called to let me know they wouldn't make it. On 6-4-2018 they contacted me and said the cabinet was ready (although it was to be installed on 5-22-2018). On 6-11-2018 they made another excuse stating the week 'flew by'. It was installed on 6-13-2018. The cabinet was not what we had agreed on.
Mark proceeded to tell me that he was too busy to call and let me know that the open concept cabinet would not work due to sagging. Instead of contacting me to notify or ask if that was okay they went ahead and made it how they wanted too. Then when I spoke to him on 7-24-2018 he was VERY RUDE and kept making excuses as to why it took so long to install and told me he had bigger projects that needed completed. It took them less than 20 minutes to install the cabinet, but they were too busy to spare the 20 minutes. Was very rude and unprofessional.
