I think SassyMom on IG (owner here) needs to update the photos of what's happening at Kitchen Fantasy. A deep dive into the comments also helps. Arguably a lousy business owner with an ever more horrid website (holy lack of UX/UI) built-in 1999. How does the owner of this establishment find the time to slander a former employee on her private Instagram account but not hire someone to put their website on a fr3aking WordPress CMS?
It seems like this is a poor management problem, now does it? SassyMom, maybe take the time to grow your business and not try to hinder others in the process. That is a chapter in my media law book. Also, why knife sharpen when they are getting ruined? Is the "expert" distracted by something or what?

Great store for kitchen gadgets. They sharpen knives for $5.00 a knife and do it while you wait if you want, super convenient! I have found a lot of unique gadgets here. Came today for a smoking gun for a dinner party I am doing tonight and yep they had one. This is a family run business, great to support a small business.

This is a unique, established small business that probably has the most comprehensive selection of kitchen items in the valley. Forget the big stores, shop small here to get any kitchen tool or gadget you need. They have good quality merchandise along with economical options. Spatula? They probably have over a dozen in every material and price. During the shutdown in 2020 they supplied customers with good quality yeast and fresh flour of many kinds when the stores were all out.
Way to support the community when we needed it! Though I've only shopped there, they also offer services like knife sharpening and cooking classes. The staff is nice and helpful. The store is in an easy to find, convenient location by the entrance to the center. I'm a foodie who loves to cook and use a plethora of kitchen gadgets, so of course I love going there. Obviously I highly recommend Kitchen Fantasy.

Their variety of tools and supplies are incredible. If you ever need any type of tool in the kitchen or just cooking in nearly ever aspect this place will be a valuable asset. They offer multiple services but may be limited due to Covid-19. Very nice place that I will return to if I need more materials.

While I LOVE this little gem of a store I have never gone in this place and not felt a cold reception from the staff. Some of the most unfriendly people in Temecula but maybe it's cause it's Temecula and I'm not white. When I leave I'm always conflicted. I don't want to support a place that can't show simple customer service but they seem always have what I need. But after 8 years I think it's time I stop trying. I'll take my business on line or to one of the bigger stores in the area.

I was very disappointed with the quality and craftsmanship that was used on my axe. There are areas that are "gouged" along the edge due to the unevenness of what ever they used to sharpen the axe with. It looks like an amateur used a HAND Grinder on my axe to practice his skills on! The price for sharpening a blade was $10 but the attendant quoted me $15 off the top of her head.
I didn't argue because I thought the finish was going to be superb. I was wrong. I used the axe at the campground and it couldn't split the wood! I had to use my Tom Brown Tracker knife to "baton" the wood and split it. No problems whatsoever using my knife. I'm sure they can sharpen a knife but definitely do not know how to sharpen an Axe, and if they did well, it's obvious they do mediocre work. I will continue to search for a business that will sharpen my Axe and I will be sure to post photos showing the difference in workmanship and quality.

This place has pretty much everything! Went in there looking for something to do a crab boil and the staff/owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about what he had and what I needed. got it home and noticed that there was a problem with the burner so I went back the next day to exchange it with no problems or attitude from anyone Thanks I will definitely be back!

Went to this speciality store looking for a Julianne slicer. Got one and made sure to ask for store policy. Well I had to return it and got a mouth full from the cashier. She said that people who ask if they can return normally do. What a very unprofessional cashier! As if I wanted to return what I was looking for after all I did go to a specialty store! So unless you want a mouthy cashier look for a place that will treat you like a vauled customer.

This is by far the worst customer service I've encountered especially coming from the owner/business manager Ernie. Two days prior to hosting an event at church I decided to buy a coffee warmer from this exact spot due to their special selections. The only ones this store had available at the time was an off brand, but decided to try out anyways despite my unsureness.
Even after asking Ernie, during my first encounter that if I wasnt 100% sure about product after trying it, if I could exchange for a different product and he assured me with such confidence that there wouldn't be an issue and confirmed they had a 30 day guarantee exchange and return policy that is posted on their receipt. Fast forward to my event, poured hot coffee in warmer for my guests, 6 hrs later, coffee was cold.
I was disappointed and felt comfortable returning product 3 days after purchasing back to store when then Ernie's demeanor change towards me, claiming that he knew the type of client I was, which I asked him to share those details with me. He continue to smirk and inspect product, claiming it had been used which I agreed. How else would I know if product fails.
Maybe I inserted the coffee incorrectly which caused it not to stay warm, but he could care less to ask my concerns and slid the coffee warmer to the side of him with some force claiming that product was now useless, and that he would not be able to re-sell. I went on to ask him how the store kept inventory of products if that was the case, but declined to answer and so he grabbed the warmer and dumped in trash all while refunding me my full $35.00 dollars.
I was in disbelief in how this store operates. All I wanted was to exchange product and his egotistical self got the best of him. I am very displeased with their business so that others are aware. That is what Marines do, when they encounter such poor behavior. Please share.

Very friendly. Knife sharpening seems to just happen in their machines, not much attention to detail. In fact, one whole side of my blade seemed to have been missed. When I pointed it out, I was told it just needed cleaning. Hmm. Such a curveball, I just thanked them and went on my way. Great folk, lovely shop, just not the best place for any kind of custom sharpening.

I pass Kitchen Fantasy on a regular basis whenever I go to Target, Goldilocks or other shops within the center. I stopped by today to look for "CURING SALT" aka Prague Powder No. One. Every review I read the night before is correct. Kitchen Fantasy has an enormous amount of inventory that cannot be found anywhere else in the area that's sold in major stores, malls, shops. Because I was on a hurry, I only grabbed what I needed. but I will definitely come back for more - items that I only see on FoodTV shows and are available here.
