We found Artemisa by a referral while shopping for stone in the doral area. My husband and I interviewed several companies before we contracted as we were buying a very "fluid" stone, and they had to match up for our large island kitchen, and needed to be cut perfectly with back splash, & seams in the perfect place, in a special part of the stone.
The only company that stood out was Artemisa. Jenny(a principal/owner) was fantastic. She was familiar with any/all issues we should be aware of before we even purchased our stone; book-end.thickness.price.and our sink color options to accent the stone perfectly! She was not only smart, but fun to deal with. Her installer was EXCELLENT also. We liked their work so well, that my father used Artemisa as well for his kitchen, after he saw what a great job they did for us. They were prompt, clean, professional. I highly reccomend them for your kitchen renovations.

Ok, I was trying not to write this review but, we are so disappointed with this company and the countertop they made for my kitchen cabinet that I have to do it. Everything from the beginning to the end was a nightmare, First: the front desk lady named " Fanny" has not idea what customer service means to a company, we went to Artemisa knowing that my kitchen countertop will cost around $3000 dollars.
This lady treats the customers like she's doing them a favor and she doesn't realize that people come here to spend money and there is hundreds of countertop companies out there that people can choose, I worked in the cabinet business for 15 years, I know this place since the previous owner, they used to be a good company But they are now for my experience the worst. every step of the process we did with this lady Fanny was a problem, specially after we pay the $100 they charge to come to house to do the dimensions ( temple ).
First my kitchen had 34 sq ft. we added later a regular waterfall 36h25 1/2" W, a small window seal 6"x34" and a small 3/4" pcs behind the stove 30"3" and according to Fanny the counter top added 19sqft more.(something that was Wrong), After 10 calls and few visits they realized was less square ft. so not too happy we all of this my Wife decided to pay and order the countertop because she fall in love with a slab of quartzite they had.
We asked them to do a cutting board with the pieces left from the sink cutout material that was already included and paid, they added another $55, because according Fanny they Broked that piece. So we had to pay for they mistake ( not fair)., Now comes the Biggest disappointment, , I know natural stones very on each slabs, they has cut, mark, different grains, But the fabricator always try no to put the worst part of the slabs on waterfalls or focused point in the kitchen, WELL, , my countertop is the uglys one out there.
They never mentioned or told us that the material we chose has many defects and cuts, I guess because they wanted to get rid off that slab or something else, so they used the worst part of the slab in the waterfall, looking really ugly with a big Cut and mark ( about 12" ugly cut ) and another 3 or 4 cuts right where the top start, looking really bad just because their employee decided to do the worst part of the slab on the main focuse point of view of this kitchen. we are so unhappy with this countertop and company that I recommend people to use any other countertop company on miami But not Artemisa. worst customer service ever, worst experience ever. very unprofessional. Avoid this people.

I'm beyond satisfied with the results from the projects we worked on with Artemisa. From the very first interaction, to the finished product the company and all its staff were incredibly professional, thorough and an overall pleasure to work with. Rolando was impressively professional and knowledgeable in all areas of the design process with over 20 years of experience.
He knew exactly what we needed and short cuts and sloppiness is absolutely unacceptable for him. Eliana was devine in helping us stay in budget while maintaining the highest quality. I've upgraded now multiple areas of the house with them and wouldn't think of going with any other company.

We re-did our kitchen a year ago. It was dark and we hated the granite. We found Artemisa and Jenny and felt in good hands from day 1. Jenny helped us to decide if we should take the bar away, and we are so glad we did! The kitchen looks much more modern. We had some mis-communication with our selection (but I honestly think it was on our end), and Jenny was 100% committed to make us happy and we ended with the most beautiful quartz we could imagine. Installation went very well. We can highly recommend Artemisa and would hire them in a heartbeat. We had the kitchen painted by a painter, and did the backslash ourselves.

Do not use them! My husband and I are renovating our kitchen and came here for our countertops. He's a previous customer and had a good experience so we thought we'd be treated decently. We knew what we wanted and met with Jenny who showed us a couple different quartz slabs. She heavily pushed the Calacatta Gold Unique slabs and said they were brand new and she was having some trouble selling them.
She also said she would give us a small discount since we were loyalty customers and she needed to offload them. My husband and I are expecting our first child any day now and at the time Jenny assured us we could get this all knocked out in a week. We asked to select our slabs and Jenny assured us she would pick the best slabs not to worry. When we left I had a strange feeling though.
Something did not seem right. I remember thinking why is she pushing those slabs. What's wrong with them? Shortly after we left Artemisa we received a quote for the slabs and installation with a reasonable price. Immediately, we paid our 50% deposit. A few days later a gentleman came to our home and made a template for our countertop. Jenny confirmed the slabs were being fabricated and we thought we were on our way.
At this point we were passed our one week deadline, but had an installation date for the following week so we weren't too anxious. The communication started to derail around this time and something felt funny. Jenny became unresponsive and we were losing faith. The day before our set installation Jenny called my husband and told him that since we purchased defective slabs, there were far too many defects that they could work with and we would need another slab.
That was a complete lie! We were never informed that the slabs were defective! We were sold brand new beautiful Calacatta Gold Unique. Our invoice never said defective! Jenny tried to make excuses and blamed it on her poor English. My husband and I were outraged and Jenny said not to worry they can fix it and were going to take off some money. She never offered to replace the slabs and honor the price which is what we wanted!
My husband drove back down to Artemisa from Delray Beach to see what was going on and the slabs were very defective. At this point they had our money and time was wasting. We asked for new slabs and to start over and they said they would be a lot more money because those are Compac and we purchased defective slabs. They would not stand behind the quote we received or the quality of their work.
At this point Damian got involved and it became clear there was an issue between Jenny and Damian regarding our countertop. Someone screwed up and did not do right by the customer. Long story short, this dragged on for about a month. Jenny and Damian kept digging themselves deeper into a hole with more and more lies. They never owned their mistakes and never made things right.
We are reasonable people and all we wanted was premium quartz slabs. The slabs should also be warrantied by the manufacturer and clearly these were not. Once we asked about the warranty it was game over. We knew we had them in a deep hole that they could not get out of. We ended up getting a refund for our deposit and now have to start all over shopping for our quartz and installation.
The only positive that came out of this experience was at least we know what questions to ask to ensure we are getting a premium product that is warrantied. Do not use Artemisa! They are highly unethical and unprofessional! They aim to take advantage of your wallet and to deceive you. You should always know what you are purchasing is 100% as it says. The experience should be smooth without nonsense.

The process from beginning to end was spectacular. It took a long time on my end from the day of picking out the quartz till actually getting but they still kept the piece we wanted, the template was perfect, the installation from the "Peruvian's" was perfect they are really great guys! I'm totally happy and will send business your way every chance I get. All the best to you all.

While remodeling my mother's bathroom and kitchen, I decided to hire Artemisa to build the kitchen countertops and vanity for the bathroom. While expensive, they provided good quality and installation. However, when I later returned to them in order to build 3 small 1 inch and a half floating shelves they wanted to charge me over $300 without installation which is offensively overpriced.
Not to mention that after already spending over $3,000 with them, one would expect them to cut you a discount given that you came back to their business on two separate occasions. Nevertheless, they didn't seem to ever return my calls or follow up with me except telling me that the previous girl I spoke with Jenny quit in November. Only causing more confusion rather than solutions to my query.
To this day as you can see in the picture of the kitchen, on the right corner I have yet to get my 3 floating small shelves despite that their Yelp page clearly states they do fine carpentry. So these shelves should've been an easy quick job given its size and scope. Hopefully the owner Damien who was very nice and did the measurements of my bathroom will see this review and kindly reach out in order to rectify this long overdue customer experience dating back since August 2018.

Artemisa did a great job in my renovation project. They delivered on a very large island (127" x 58" with a single Caesarstone slab) whereas other companies had told me a single slab would not work. They did also my 3 bathrooms. The work was very well done (fabrication and installation). Jenny gave me great attention through the process and offered a great price for the project, Henry did an amazing job installing all counters and the island. Really happy with final result!

Super responsive and transparent; lots of times, people in this industry feel the need to make an extra buck out of unsuspecting customers, but the people at Artemisa always let me feel safe. Not only that, their products and service were outstanding, super quick installation and high quality materials. Definitely would recommend and purchase from again!

Bought bathroom vanities from the owner, Jenny who was very helpful and nice at first. Then when it came time ti install, her installers ran into an issue and left the job half done and never returned. Spoke to her several times and she did nothing. I had to hire someone else to complete the installation after over a week.
