When remodeling our kitchen Lakeland was great. I had excellent customer service and assistance from Rod Raymond. Our Shiloh cabinetry is beautiful, would highly recommend. Make an appointment for time well spent.

We are doing a bathroom model. Our first attempt to work with Lakeland was a frustrating experience which was compounded by the indifference by the staff. They seemed to blow us off because they want a better relationship with their contractors rather than with actual customers. They see the home owner as the low man on the totem pole. We shopped around and after consulting with our contractor we decided to give Lakeland a second chance.

Bad Idea. The second time they decided to show us how rude they could be. I would have preferred the indifference. I would prefer a company that treats its customers and potential customers with respect

Seriously I don't think I've met another company that's harder to work with at any level. Between the counter people and their management I don't think I've gotten a straight answer on anything. Go to ABC, Go to Midwest, Go to your local lumber yard but stay away from here!
