Atlantic Kitchen & Bath

We used Atlantic Kitchens and Baths to redo our out dated kitchen. Nick and Don came over to our Condo in Bradley Beach and looked at our sad old Kitchen. We had visited other contractors and Kitchen installers and were not pleased. However Nick and Don were a breath of fresh air. They were extremely professional and immediately did the measuring of the space, were avid listeners to what our needs were.

We set up an appointment at there offices and Nick showed us many options for our new kitchen. Nick and Don were extremely patient with our many questions and discussions. After several productive meetings we signed a contract, made a payment and the job was scheduled. Cabinets and supplies were ordered Nick took care of managing the entire operation.

To say that we had our concerns was natural, but Nick took care of everything and more. We felt like nick was part of our family. We are still good friends. The work was completed as planned, we have an outstanding kitchen that we are proud of and if we need any other kitchen or bathroom work we would not hesitate to contact Nick again. And if you ask Nick to visit Sam and Arlene's New Kitchen We are sure he would not hesitate to bring you over to our condo to see a fantastic, Modern Kitchen at our condo. Sam & Arlene, 2021.

Terrible company.they will take your money, demo your place, and not finish the job, or they will leave you picking up the pieces. DO NOT trust this company!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness I paid top dollar for substandard products and when asking for help to get the problem resolved. crickets!

Everything went smoothly at first then I had a problem after installing his products we found a few issues and a vanity that was below quality standards that I bought at full price. Trying to resolve the issues after installation proved futile. I couldn't get Nic to to keep any of his appointments or even return a phone call after saying he would call me "right back". I don't know what I can do he's just not interested in helping out his client.

Atlantic Kitchen & Bath is perfect in every way. Nick makes the process simple, everything delivered as promised. He truly cares for his customers & will go above & beyond to make sure you are pleased. I appreciated this outstanding customer service & would recommend to anyone looking to update their kitchen.

If you use this company, be prepared to wait for your kitchen design to be completed, unnecessary changes to design, and with little communication about why there are delays. I began working with the owner last fall, and he appears to be spread very thin, had a hard time getting a final kitchen design, cost, and options. Although he stated that he had never held up a contractor, mine was a disaster.

My Levant kitchen cabinets took far too long to come in-10 weeks in unreasonable-yes, they are high quality.but I never would have ordered them if I knew that it would take 10 weeks. This held up my contractor from beginning another project, and me from not having a kitchen for 5 months.apologies did not help, and asking full price was unethical.

Nice people. Spent countless hours on the design. They were sending a contract, then they stopped communicating. They failed to follow up. Never provided an explanation for why they stopped. I called Andrew, he assumed Nick was communicating with us - not so. They sit next to each other - go figure. Our renovation was not a small project.
