I was referred to TAC through OKNA windows as a authorized installer. Being a DIY'er I normally do almost everything myself because nobody goes more above and beyond than me especially on your own home. Due to my regular job taking up so much of my free time, I rolled the dice and held my breath that these guys could do the job and not screw it up.

The day they were scheduled to come and install 6 new windows, they came right on time. The foreman (I believe the owner) came with 2 guys he was still training. They were all very professional and the foreman knew his stuff. They were no nonsense all the way. They did the job exactly the way I wanted it done and were wrapped up in a couple hrs after they cleaned up the debris.

All in all, I have more windows and doors to install and I'm glad that I now know who I'll be calling to have it done. Definitely recommend TAC to do the job and do it right the first time. Side note- I don't normally do reviews but these days, I think reviews help the people that don't know anything and anyone how to separate good contractors from bad ones. These are good contractors.

I spoke with a receptionist regarding a bathroom remodel. I was told the sales team would call me back the next business day. I never received a follow up call.

They did the interior doors at my new home and the product was great. However, the workers are the most unprofessional people you will ever hire. They didn't even finish the job. They were supposed to come back to touch up and finish molding around the doors and never did. I text and called and nothing. Now my work is half done and I will have to call another company to finish. Also, I need a replacement door for my laundry, told them I would pay for it, they told me they ordered it and it never showed up. Please do yourself a favor and hire some more professional people. Although the product is nice, don't have the headache dealing with unprofessional workers.

Been working with them for 28 years. Professional, quality and a great family. Every job they have done for us has been perfect. Highly recommend them.
