Jeremy was our designer and go to person at Kitchen Sales. He was very good at listening to our ideas and coming up with suggestions. Jeremy was prompt to respond to our questions and concerns. There were some design changes that we wanted to make mid project, and he was able to get us a credit from what we had ordered so that we could apply it towards our changes. We have no regrets going here for our remodeling job, and we would recommend Jeremy and Kitchen Sales to prospective clients.

Disappointment after disappointment after disappointment. We ordered our cabinets in white with island in different color(textured burlap) with top cabinets touching the celling. A few days after we placed the order we received a text from our designer that they were out of textured burlap color so we had to choose a different color. Then 7 weeks later we received our cabinets and discovered that they were much shorter( instead of being 36" height they were 30") and the designer made mistakes while taking measurement so we had to wait another 4 weeks (but promised 2 weeks) for 2 new cabinets(which were again in wrong sizes instead of 36"and 21" long they were 27" and 25" long) It was a very stressful experience with kitchen sales and would not recommend this place for any kitchen remodeling projects.
They did reimburse us for shorter cabinets. As if we had ordered the 30" cabinets in the first place. They did not take into consideration all the mistakes from their side and stress we had to go through caused by that. And no one ever contacted us to address our concerns during the entire time.

Alexandra Whalen was amazing to work with! Her kitchen design was innovative and perfect for the space (small kitchen). What I was most impressed with was her professionalism, design work, timely response and help with coordinating ancillary items. The designs she presented were exactly how the project turned out. I highly recommend.

I am very satisfied with the professional service I received at Kitchen Sales when I bought cabinets for my garage and vanities with tops for two bathrooms. The staff were very informative and saved me a lot of headaches and trouble by making suggestions and helping me understand what was best for my installations. I have just recently remodeled my kitchen and I love the craftsmanship of the cabinets I finally chose (with lots of help and input from many people at Kitchen Sales) and the design they helped me come up with I love it too. The cabinetry is so well made and the soft close doors and drawers are just one of great features. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, I had fun working with them. I will be back soon to redo my bathrooms.

Snubbed by Patrick. Didn't need him to tell what I don't want (I KNOW what I want!) and turned his back while I was talking. Didn't return phone calls after he said he would or reply to emails. My house isn't a McMansion with large kitchen so guess he wasn't interested. Understand it wouldn't be a big money maker but at least give me the courtesy of a returned call or email. Would not recommend unless you live in West Knoxville and/or a McMansion.
