We met with Sheryl Norton, she was FANTASTIC, super knowledgeable, and pleasant! We chose Parys by Cambria for our quartz. Sheryl really took the time to understand our needs, never pressured us, and even let us borrow the tile for the backsplash before we placed the order. Templating the countertop to the install was less than 3 weeks! (Other places said 6 to 8 weeks, with at least a week or two before they could even come template).
The installers took the undermount sink with them. The countertops are notched in perfectly! We panicked and had an issue with the stove fitting and Dan one of the installers came back to help with leveling the stove and it then fit perfectly. Solid Advantage is an AMAZING top notch local company, we highly recommend them!

We hired Solid Advantage to tile our back splash and install our counter top. They did an extremely sloppy job with the back splash. They left plaster all over my new floors as well as the tiles they installed. The tile installation was choppy and we have some tiles that stick out further than others. Our counter top installation was no better. They laid the counter tops and decided to use shims which weren't even needed.
We had to call them to come back and they sent the "counter expert" who agreed that the placement was incorrect so removed one and adjusted another. They weren't needed at all but I'm assuming if they moved it again the counter top could have been damaged. Was not impressed at all.

My husband and I decided to change our countertops and we chose to do them in Quartz. After visiting 5 different local installers, we chose Solid Advantage. Their customer service is unsurpassed. They made our project a one-stop shopping experience. They removed and disposed of our old countertop, installed a new sink and faucet with the countertop and even did our plumbing for us. All this at a very good price. I would recommend them to everyone. Sheryl, Steph and Jason are the best.
