Even though the process was not without difficulty, I am extremely pleased with my kitchen outcome. It is as I envisioned based on my needs and restrictions. If you do not have time to oversee a complete kitchen redesign, this is the way to go. Angela made sure all was done and answered my calls quickly. Cost was a little more than I was expecting to pay based on my budget and timeline was longer than told. I would recommend Acadian House K&B Studio, if someone was looking for all inclusive work. Angela, I took a few pics if you are interested. New fridge finished the project.

The location that I visited on this company is 6971 Exchequer dr Baton Rouge but same website so perhaps it's a new showroom. My husband and I are looking for a kitchen designer so we went to the show room yesterday. There are two showroom areas and a bunch of offices down the hall. We entered and looked through the showroom. We saw people walking in the hall and coming and going from office to office.

They saw us and never acknowledged us, no smile or just one minute. We waited quite a while and watched as they chatted and enjoyed coffee. Finally one of the designers went into an office and got an assistant designer to talk to us. We were asked by Brenna what we were looking for. She talked a lot about their fees and never took us somewhere to sit, introduced herself(I got her name from the business card we asked for), or asked for our names.

When I got home to look at the website and information material, I discovered that the two people avoiding us were two of the designers. The customer service here is the pits. I think common courtesy dictates that if you see someone you could smile, nod, or acknowledge in some way even if you are busy. We felt so awkward that she saw us several times and then went to get someone to deal with us after we didn't go away. The fees are high and wouldn't give my business to people that don't appreciate it.
