We did a kitchen remodel March 2018, Dakota Kitchen made our cabinets and I the home owner went and found a sample countertop from Moda Stone. I was told it would be easier to have Dakota Kitchen get the counter tops from Moda Stone, and that it would be just one bill then for both cabinets and countertops. Well the whole countertop experience was a train wreck from the start, as one of the pieces had got broke during installation, which was replaced at a later time, but the chaos during it all, WOW!
I had made a request to Dakota Kitchen after our contractor had paid them, to please wait on their end to pay Moda Stone, as a rep from Moda Stone was going to discount our countertops due to all the project chaos which was caused by them. Dakota Kitchen agreed that they would wait to cut Moda Stone a check until they were given the ok by the home owner.
Well needless to say our request was thrown by the wayside and Moda Stone got paid in full, and now we have zero leverage to ever get any type of reimbursement for their, Moda Stones, multiple mishaps. Very stressful for the home owner!

Do not purchase and cupboards from this company. They assume zero responsibility if the make a mistake and have zero customer service skills. They offer a discount if you pay up front prior to delivery for a reason because once they get your money their done with you as a customer They sent a service man out to fix a cupboard and he attacked the homeowner and stated he was there to fix the homeowners mistake. Excuse me the homeowner didn't build the cupboard.
A plumber that was present couldn't believe how rude and confrontational the employee from Dakota Kitchen and bath was towards the homeowner. Plumber stated if anyone in his company behaves like that they would be fired. Management is rude when you call and shifts all the blame for their mistakes back on you. If you buy anything from them you will receive ZERO customer service if anything is wrong. Their overpriced and rude and arrogant.

Terrible customer service. I got the run around and never spoke with the same person. They didn't even start to work on our cabinets until we were supposed to move in which delayed everything. Quality is not great at all. Bubbles in the painted cabinets. Such a disappointment to spend $10,000 on cabinets for a new house and have this experience. Go to another cabinet maker. I wish we had.
