My wife and I tried to use this company for a kitchen renovation. Our first meeting with the company went well and we passed along our desires for our new kitchen. They contacted an electrician who came by a few days later to do a survey so Virginia Maid Kitchens could include this in their design. After 2 weeks we heard nothing, I called back and was told the person working my job was sick.
I called back two weeks later and they apologized.and told me I would be contacted. I waited a week, nothing. I called the office, got more excuses. I emailed the office and heard nothing. In these economic times not sure why a company would pass on an opportunity to earn our business but they did. I do not recommend.
