We used My Kitchen and Bath for a complete kitchen remodel, they did a fantastic job! The entire process was easy and efficient, from the very first visit to get measurements, the detailed estimate & contract to the actual work. We worked with Josh on the design and choosing the materials which was very easy by visiting their showroom in Herndon. Once the demo and work began there were no issues or problems. Bob was our project manager, and he was wonderful.

He communicated with us every day, most days by coming to the house. This was so helpful Bob kept everything on schedule and made sure the quality of work was top notch (not an easy job). The whole process took less than a month. We will definitely use them on any future jobs.

This company is EXCEPTIONAL, attentive, and sincerely customer focused.and the quality of work and finished product is terrific. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my two bathrooms and kitchen. The design representative (Tucge) and Project Lead (Bob) are phenomenal and the foundation for ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Bob listened intently to my requests, concerns, and recommendations worked to ensure changes were made to my satisfaction with hesitation.

In fact, his famous term (no problem Ma'am) which translates to acceptable results without it being a financial burden. I am happy to say that both Bob and Tucge and team gave me a Beautiful home and it came in under budget.by $2,000.

We had two bathrooms remodeling projects we had put off. We found My Kitchen and Bath, like what we found and scheduled an appointment for a quote. After meeting with Josh and explaining what we wanted to do accomplish, We decided to have them complete the remodeling of the bathrooms in our home. The project started as promised and to my surprise was completed ahead of scheduled completion date/ There were some task/items that required attention/ additional adjustments during the installation process but Bob, UT and crew addressed them, keeping the project on schedule. Their customer service was excellent throughout the process, even when they faced potential scheduling and staffing challenges due to the pandemic. The result was a beautiful kitchen, and I'd absolutely recommend them to others for their kitchen needs. Bob was a fantastic manager to work with throughout the process, and remained readily available to answer questions and give feedback as our design choices changed during the renovation. The team from My Kitchen and Bath completed substanital remodeling of bathrooms and added kitchen functionality for us. I am so grateful for their professionalism at every level and the care with which each team member approached the work. Five stars all around!

My Kitchen and Bath were wonderful to work with for our kitchen renovation. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Josh was excellent and very patient with assisting me in choosing the cabinets, backsplash and counter tops. The project manager, Bob, was very attentive and always made sure we were happy during the whole process. They started and finished on time and the workers showed up on time each day and were very respectful. I would highly recommend them!

This past summer our family renovated our original kitchen, redoing the 30-year-old space that was unworkable if more than one person was cooking at a time. Thanksgiving has been the big test, and I am happy to say that 4 adults simultaneously and successfully prepared our Thanksgiving dinner without tripping over one another. Not only is it a fully functioning kitchen, but it is also really pretty. I highly recommend My Kitchen and Bath and would hire them again for future work.

My Kitchen and Bath did a very fine job of remodeling a bathroom for us. We chose to go with them because of their professional response to our request for a proposal, the reasonableness of their estimate, and their willingness to do the necessaries to begin and end the work according to our schedule. Bob Bulgar, the project manager, was usually present on site to supervise the work.

The few times when issues/questions arose and Bob wasn't here, he responded immediately to our texts, and, if we needed to see him in person, he arrived within 30 minutes or less. Never once, from the time we asked for a proposal until the project was finished, did Bob or any of the company employees fail to respond promptly, courteously, and satisfactorily to our requests or questions.

In other words, we are very pleased with the new bathroom My Kitchen and Bath built for us and, perhaps more importantly, equally pleased with how they handled themselves throughout the project.

My wife and I talked to 4 different kitchen contractors before selecting My Kitchen and Bath of Herndon. We had an extensive renovation in mind that included removing a load bearing wall and reconfiguring an exterior wall by removing a sliding glass door and a single window and replacing it with 3 counter height windows and a standard door. The short story is that of the 4 contractors we talked to, one tried to design a kitchen without visiting the house, a second really didn't want to talk to us at all, the third gave us advice that wasn't asked for and was wrong, and My Kitchen and Bath listened to what we wanted to do and gave us a design that we liked.

We finalized our contract for the renovation in early April of 2020 which gave us some challenges. Applying for permits and receiving them wasn't easy. Also adding to the challenge was that My Kitchen and Bath was only one of three contractors working on site, so coordinating the work was interesting. Work started in early May. It was a long road and don't fool yourself, everyone hits a point at least once where you say "what have I gotten myself into?" Throughout the project we worked through the issues and problems and at the end we have a kitchen that is truly stunning. Thanks to My Kitchen and Bath and the entire crew!

Thank you to My Kitchen and Bath for remodeling our kitchen. They really made the whole process, which at times can be daunting, easy and enjoyable. From the first day we met with Josh we loved all the ideas he had for our kitchen and was able to get us a design the same day. After we agreed and picked our materials they quickly helped us get our permits and got started as soon as possible. Bob, John, and Josh were involved throughout the whole process, checked in on the progress, shared updates, and always happily answered any questions.

The installation team was also great, they were friendly and efficient. We are really grateful to have chosen this team to do our kitchen remodel. We love the final product and would recommend My Kitchen and Bath to others.
