Mike designed the kitchen of the home we moved into. His response to certain items that seemed defective or broke in an unreasonable time frame was completely unprofessional. He said he would order parts, which he never did, and every time we called to find out what the status is, his response was that "he is passionate about his job and his time costs money".
We are now going directly through the cabinet maker Omega to help us fix the minor problems. We appreciate someones passion for their job but not if they think they are too good to help their clients. There are plenty of cabinet designers in South Florida willing to earn business.
