I would give them a 0 star if I could for the POS that picked up the phone when it asked a simple question about building with "SIPS" and they said No and hung up the phone right away. I don't normally do this but it left a very sour taste in my mouth

We had a terrible experience with them when we were trying to build our home. One of our orders was delayed over 6 months because it apparently just sat on the owner's desk and never went through, despite us calling several times asking about it. Their billing system is also a complete shambles. We were given invoices that were incorrect, which led to a LOT of confusion, delays, and frustrations. Now, four months after we thought we were done dealing with them, we get a statement saying we actually still owe them several hundred dollars. Very disappointed with their communication, accounting, and customer service.

Our home was built by BIllman last year and we just love it! They did such a good job with everything, but the kitchen is our favorite room in the house!
