Heller Cabinetry

A little over 5 years ago Heller Cabinetry did my kitchen. They worked with me and my design ideas. Not only did they make the details work but they could show me a picture of what my kitchen would ultimately look like. That's the importance of having a designer available to make sure everything works and looks right before spending a large amount of money.

Over the years if I had issues, they were quick to come out and fix the issues. This last June I had my bathrooms remodeled and I didn't bother shopping anywhere else for my cabinets. I also didn't let my contractor install my cabinets (although he is amazing), because I knew Heller would stand by their product and installation if I had any future problems. Heller cabinetry is top notch and everyone I have encountered there has been professional, helpful and kind. I tell all my friends and now I'm telling all of you!

They do a fantastic job with recommendation, sizing and installation. The quality of cabinets are beautiful. We couldn't be happier with the people, process or end result. If you need a reference then please know I'm here! THANK YOU!

Heller cabinets were by far the most affordable with top materials and unmatched service. They did cabinets in 2 bathrooms and the laundry room. Great work! Scheduled a post-installation inspection. Polite, prompt, attentive, and affordable. Will only buy cabinets from Heller!

Everyone at Heller cabinets is so friendly and accommodating to the customer's needs. The cabinets are make from high quality material and are beautiful. We had a wonderful experience with Steve and Savanah at Heller Cabinets. There were a couple manufacturer issues, but they were quick to fix the problem and were always responsive. We love our new kitchen.

I've been very impressed with Heller from the start. Great selection and pricing. They've met their delivery dates and kept me informed. Staff is superior. Not only did I get my cabinets from them, I found beautiful quartz countertops. Highly recommend!

We made the decision to renovate our kitchen once I began working from home and realized what a disaster our kitchen really was. I had absolutely no vision of what the kitchen could be. We stopped by the showroom just to get some ideas and met Paul. He was very knowledgeable and helped us narrow down our likes and dislikes. He came to our house to measure out the space and get a feel for our home.

Once he drew up the design, he would email with drawings and suggestions. He was very patient when I would change my mind on the design. He was very attentive and responded with changes quickly. We received four different quotes from various companies. Heller was not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. We chose Heller because of Paul! The install was not without a few issues, ie. doors that were cut wrong, some missing the glass inserts and drawers that didn't close correctly. Heller corrected the issues. They were extremely professional and courteous. I would absolutely recommend Heller to friends and family.

Heller is amazing. Ask for Brian. He has redone two houses for us. Hands down Heller works hard and I trust them. That's why I went down the 2nd time to see them. I definitely would go to these guys for a kitchen remodel.

Remodeled our home and chose Heller Cabinetry to do the kitchen cabinets and we are very pleased we did go with them to do the cabinets. I had my OLD kitchen gutted and remodeled last year. Chris Leach was absolutely amazing with the design! He came to Titusville and took measurements and every cabinet is perfect! He took advantage of every inch of space - as I requested! The Shiloh cabinets look like fine furniture! Even though I was extremely impatient with the time frame, my custom cabinets and countertops were installed in less than two weeks by extremely competent installers. (Not to be misleading - it took six weeks to order the cabinets.) Chris helped me with scheduling of demolition, plumber, appliance delivery, etc. From start of demo (by my awesome handyman) to countertops in place was exactly two weeks. Thank you, Chris and Heller for my beautiful kitchen!

We have nothing but positive experiences with them over the 2 years building our custom home in Merritt Island.

We worked with Heller Cabinetry for our kitchen cabinets. Everything started off good with our designer Chris. He did an excellent job designing our cabinets and we are happy with how they turned out. However, the order for our cabinets was not put in until 2 weeks after we put a 50% deposit down leaving our house in shambles that much longer. After our design was complete we were only allowed to talk to the next group of people who work with delivery of our cabinets who had no clue what was going on.

The delivery of the cabinets was canceled and rescheduled 3 times. Nobody knew what they were doing after our cabinets were ordered. We dropped our sink off and I was asked multiple times if our sink was at shop to be installed. They consistently, after multiple conversations and corrections, mispronounced our last name. Overall, the quality of the cabinets, shiloh, is very nice and well made. The installer was very professional and friendly.

Heller cabinetry did a wonderful job with my kitchen and bathrooms. from start to finish they were on top of it. I highly recommend them just ask for Chris Leach that was who did my design.

When we first designed and purchased our home office and laundry cabinets, we were happy with the process and how responsive the designer was with us. Frankly that's the only reason why this is a two star review instead of one. Then the problems struck. We were told this job would only take one day or maybe a day and a half. It is now one month since the start of installation and it's STILL NOT DONE.

The first installer was lazy and would keep leaving the job saying that he had other jobs and took too many smoke breaks. Then he said he would show on a Saturday so we cancelled all of our plans for that day. HE DID NOT SHOW OR CALL. After calling over 3-4 times to the main office, they finally sent someone else to finish the job. He was much better than the first and finished everything all that day, except for one thing.

One of the cabinet doors was ordered incorrectly and we have been patiently waiting for the correct door to be installed. Now that's it's been a month, we call the office almost every morning and they have completely ignored us. No call back or answer when we call. Once they got or money, the process has slowed down tenfold. One more problem.

We were promised the rest of the large quartz slab that went unused but it was never delivered to us. $1000 basically stolen from us! We have asked about it and again, no response and we are ignored! Do not use this company for your cabinets. Once they have your money they will not respond to your concerns, some of their installers are under par, l and unreliable, and they will not keep their promises.

I am late in writing this review as my kitchen has been in for awhile. Maybe that is better though. I know I was completely happy with them when it was first finished but sometimes it takes a while to see if there will be problems. There have not been. The cabinets are as beautiful as ever and function like they were put in yesterday. I have not one complaint about any of my dealings with, or the work done, by Heller Cabinetry.

I had specific design elements that are not the norm and they worked with me on every step. I would recommend them to anyone I know. If you want the best work and the most professional company in the entire area, you have to call Heller. After two years plus I look at my kitchen and am so glad I made that decision
