Just wanted to thank you all for your help and patience in the assembling of my kitchen remodel. It took me a few weeks to walk into the kitchen and not wonder whose house I was walking into, because it looked so different. From the day you came to the house until the end of the project we couldn't have been in better hands.

Schrock Trademark is a versatile line of cabinetry that allows you to design a semi-custom kitchen at a fraction of the cost. More doors, finishes and modifications and a quality construction is available to order with a 4 week lead time. We stock small parts and accessories here at our showroom to promptly assist customers during and after installation.

Products are very high quality however, staff is not detail oriented, hard to get a hold off and forgetful. At install, the counter top damaged the cabinet and the answer was to put a skin over the damage rather than replace the damaged product. Highly recommend, seeing if another store offers better support first to prevent issues later on.

After 9 years the finish on our kitchen cabinets had yellowed and the paint had flaked off in several areas. I called Builders Kitchens to get a recommendation of someone who could paint our cabinets. They came out to assess the finish and worked with the factory representative to have all of our doors and drawer fronts replace! While we incurred the expense of instillation and getting the frames painted, we are pleased that we now, thanks to Builders Kitchens, have a "new" kitchen! We appreciated the EXCELLENT customer service and would highly recommend them!

We are currently in the process of working with Builders Kitchen. The staff has been awesome and great to deal with. They have a great sized show room to really get a feel for the type of cabinets you will want. I am looking forward to finishing up my order with them. I highly suggest giving them a call if you are looking to do any kitchen or bath in your home.
