Our designer, Karen, and the team at Boca Kitchen and Baths took our small, dark, and dated kitchen to an open and bright contemporary delight. Work did not begin until everything was in stock and ready to be installed. Work was continuous once it began. Karen was friendy, professional and easy to work with. All the contractors were professional, polite and cleaned up daily. Loving my new kitchen!

Update. The owner of the company made things right after our designer had left the company. We sadly realized that the designer we had was not reflecting the standards that Boca Kitchens and Baths has. Now that we know this designer is no longer there, we would probably use them again if we needed another project done. TOO MANY PROJECTS.the designer kept telling us how she is so busy and how she has so many projects all at once and she has to go home and work on them just to focus.

She doesn't know if she can take on anymore. We were told this numerous times. CONDESCENDING AND DOES NOT CONSIDER THE CLIENTS NEEDS time and time again we felt like we were managing our own renovation because she was rarely here, non communicative at times and DOES NOT listen to the clients needs. Why spend all this money (six figures) for something that won't be functional?

I've tried asking questions so many times and she just spoke over me and didn't care to listen to anything I had to say. It wasn't until the third time I told her, while I was in tears, and then my husband had to tell her afterward as well. Because of her not taking the clients daily habits into consideration when telling her subs where to put things OR asking for the clients opinion, she had to have her sub contractors come back and move plumbing.

She originally had the diverter at hip level and the shower head so low that my husband would have to hunch over just to stand underneath of it. I had to take it upon myself to tell the tile sub that the shower floor has to be extended so you don't hit your elbow on the shower glass when standing in the shower. This is again, because of where she told the plumber to place the shower from the back wall. WHO'S CHECKING MATERIALS?When materials started arriving, they were just dropped off onto the job site without anyone looking at them.

When I opened a box of tile we had picked out in their store, it was COMPLETELY different than what we chose. If I had not opened that box, the tile contractor would have installed it, no questions asked. They do not have anyone looking at materials as they come in so who knows what you'll get. The only good thing they did was take it back but then we had to go through the process of choosing a new tile again.

There were also issues with mis measuring for tile, which caused a shortage for the shower floor. When the new box arrived, it was a few shades different from the rest of the tile. It was the tile subcontractor who at least saw this before he installed it. No one checked this before delivery or even thought of it so they had to take the tile back and try to find a box that matched what was already here.

So then again, we are delayed. A follow up and additional delay. No one checked the additional wall tile that was ordered (due to mis measurement) until it showed up at the job site. ALL THE TILES WERE CRACKED! LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES! I cannot even count the amount of times we were lied to by our designer. From reasons why people aren't here, to why certain things weren't done, to pretending she didn't know about certain situations.

Not once has she ever apologized for anything. She always just blamed issues on someone else. She had also told her boss that WE were the one who wanted to wait to hang the towel bars/toilet holder which is causing them to bring their carpenter back. The walls weren't even sanded or painted and tile wasn't even installed. Who in their right mind puts up accessories BEFORE the walls are even finished?!

It's not that we wanted to wait, IT JUST MADE SENSE! THE AFTERMATH: Now we have a part of our home that I have to look at everyday and all it has is such bad memories of her, her subs and the stress she had put us through. ONE YEAR WARRANTY ALREADY NOT BEING ACCEPTED A MONTH LATER.SHE FAILS TO ACCEPT BLAME FOR ANYTHING! Additional update. Her so called "best" contractors put a nail through a pipe when installing trim. We removed the trim today to install a closet and water came spewing out of the wall.

My kitchen turned out fabulous and that was because of all the hard work that Karen and all the people at Boca Kitchen did day in and day out. I wasn't even there when the kitchen was installed. The design that Karen suggested turned out even better than I could have dreamed. The entire team at Boca Kitchen is organized and professional at all times. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Karen and the team for any job.

I went there with my mother because we want to have our bathroom remolded. First off, the saleswoman took about 15 minutes just to acknowledge us. When she finally did acknowledge us, she was extremely rude and she seemed annoyed. When I explained that we wanted to Fully Remodel our master bathroom, she gave us an outrageous quote without us even picking out tiling.

Just to give you an idea as to how we were treated, if you ever saw the movie "Pretty Woman, " that's exactly how she treated us! She gave me a quote of $32k. Seriously? When she asked me where I was located and I told her it was Century Village, which isn't a huge bathroom, again, with an attitude, she blurted out $32k and up, I told her that she was out of her mind.

She was Rude, Nasty, Annoyed and she shouldn't be working there at all. I have gotten 3 other quotes before going there and she / the store quoted me double the price. If I was the owner or Manager of the Store, I'd Fire her in a minute for the way she treated myself and my mother. My advice to others is, Stay Away From This Place.

I had my complete Florida kitchen renovation done while living in New York. I had met with Juli, my kitchen designer, before returning to NY, and she assured me the job would be done properly. She helped me choose beautiful materials, and made excellent suggestions. Boca Kitchens and Baths took over for me completely. They applied for all necessary permits, ordered all products needed, and had all the necessary tradesmen there on time.

I was especially concerned about my new flooring and they took great pains to make sure my floors were protected. When the kitchen was complete I flew to Florida to view it. The results were amazing. My outdated, dingy kitchen had been transformed into a bright, custom space. Any very minor adjustments were made immediately. Juli actually came over herself to adjust a cabinet door!

Bottom line is I would definitely recommend this company if you're thinking about a remodel. They are thorough, professional, responsive, and most importantly, they can be trusted to do a beautiful job for you.

I have remodeled and/or installed many kitchens through the years and decided it was time to let someone else do it. Karen Makvandi was our designer and project coordinator and she and her team are true professionals. The contractors this company works with are all pleasant, top notch and showed up promptly, ready to work. The job was done on time, with minimal disruption to our daily lives, considering it was almost a complete gut job. They are not cheap, nothing of good value ever is, but well worth the money spent. We LOVE our new kitchen and dining room! Thank you!

Very happy choosing Boca Kitchen and Bath to remodel our master bath. We worked with Karen Makvandi. Karen was extremely helpful and professional in guiding us thru the selections and the follow thru of our project. Karen was on top of every step of the remodeling process. She was on site at least twice a week. We are very pleased how with our Master Bath and would highly recommend Karen & Boca Kitchen & Bath for any future projects. Most importantly they used there own sub-contractors. We LOVE our new Master Bath

I have changed this review to four stars because The work Boca Kitchens does is excellent; however I had to write a scathing review to get the owner's and staff's attention to fix minor things that were wrong, a good customer should never have to wait a year and two months for a request to be honored. Hence four stars and not five. They have now replaced the mirror, SubZero handle and adjusted the cabinets and doors.

As a result of the review, Boca Kitchen's immediately responded and have now had the issues fixed. Sadly, the handle just fell off the dishwasher panel and I will contact them again, and hopefully, they will respond and repair. Hard to understand why these stainless steel, heavy duty panels were not attached properly. I have had to replace a number of them, but when they are on a refrigerator or dishwasher panel, it is not something you can do yourself; also I cannot find the matching handles. So irritating!

Boca Kitchen & Bath is one stop shopping. Everything is in one place so you don't have to schlep around to different tile warehouses, etc. Karen was our designer as well as project coordinator. She took care of everything! Except for one mishap in the beginning due to Covid, everything else went smoothly. Service: Remodelling

Boca Kitchens does good work. BUT, they do not respond to post installation problems - I have been waiting more than 12 months to have a mirror replaced that was improperly installed - by their own admission. I spent six figures on the remodel and they will not spend the $300 or so to replace the back mirror of a bar unit that is bleeding the adhesive from the back; the same unit doors scrape the counter and the Sub-Zero freezer that broke away was not properly replaced - the handle replacement that BK ordered was the wrong size, so the installer simply swapped out the screw - bad move - the thread on the original handle was stripped and now the handle has come apart again. Lousy after sale service. So frustrating!

We have remodeled several kitchens over the years, but not with the efficiency and professionalism of Boca Kitchen & Bath. We worked with Karen M and her design knowledge was terrific. The subcontractors were experienced and the room was cleaned each day when they left. We have not one complaint and the job was even finished two weeks earlier than I expected!

I met Caroline in Sept 2019 and from our first meeting I knew I wanted her to coordinate my project. In that first meeting, she understood what I wanted, and could see the vision. She has a lot of experience and knowledge, and brought these to the table every time our minds met on this venture. I like that she respected my limitations and was always willing to offer suggestions that would help make my vision a reality.

Her positive attitude and cheerful demeanor made what could have been a scary experience (seeing your home ripped up) not daunting. She's a real visionary and "make it happen" kind of person and that really worked in my favor in the dream kitchen she produced. If I had to do this again I'd definitely go with Caroline. I can't wait to show off my kitchen. Thanks Caroline.

My husband and I met Jill Greene when we walked into Boca Kitchen and Baths, and from the minute we met her, we knew that we would be in good hands. We found Jill to be very friendly, a good listener and someone who has a great deal of patience! We knew that we would not be present for this remodel so we had to find someone who we could trust to take charge in our absence, and Jill was the one! Jill is a true professional with a wealth of knowledge in her field. Jill understood our vision and ran with it.

She helped us pick everything needed for our new kitchen and dining area, and small guest bathroom. She made several visits to our home before we got started and made suggestions. She even took me to see another client's home when I could not envision the concept from a drawing. Jill was very professional and always went out of her way to be there for us whenever we asked.

She went the extra mile in many ways for us which we are most appreciative. Our new kitchen and dining area is absolutely everything we had hoped it would be; just beautiful and functional. The small remodel in the bathroom also looks exactly how we envisioned it; It is perfect! We highly recommend Jill and her team of professionals if ever you need her design expertise. She is the best

Walked in to look at products and regarding designs. Besides the terrible parking lot conditions and walking hazards around the store and in the store not one of the three men inside even asked how they could assist me. After waiting and walking around for several minutes waiting for one of them to see about my renovation product I realized if this is how they treated customers prior to the start of a project then it would likely be a terrible experience. The designs inside were not very pleasant. Understand the reviews for this company. Do your research and stop in and see how you are treated

I've worked with Jill Greene from Boca Kitchens and Bath for about a year now on a few projects. 25 years in the drywall business and i've never been so impressed with Jill's professionalism. She crosses all the T's and dots all the i's. Thank you for making our job so much easier.

Shuky and Juli were a joy to work with. They took the time to listen and understand what we were looking for; came up with great recommendations; and made sure that every would work and flow within the constraints of our tight space. The work was completed exactly on time and budget. We are very happy with the results. We would highly recommend Boca Kitchens and Bath.

We were absolutely thrilled with the way our kitchen and bathrooms turned out. Shuky was a terrific help and her design skills were creative, imaginative and fit our space and style perfectly.

If you are thinking of using this place, seriously reconsider. We are in the early stage of deciding what we want to do with our kitchen. We got the impression that our remodel wasn't perhaps worthy of their time. Poor first impression, we will spend our money elsewhere.

We were referred to Caroline at Boca Kitchens & Floors. We had already interviewed a lot of companies/contractors. She set out detailed budget numbers and explained the full process and construction schedules. She explained this is "how it works" and I was cautiously optimistic about her project schedule. The project included demolition of our entire 1st floor of our home, removing a baring wall, redesigned kitchen and bathroom, all new floors, hardware, trim, front doors, interior paint, removal of all popcorn ceilings and adding a bathroom.

The final results are excellent and delivered on time in exactly 3 months as planned. Caroline has been an asset in not only creating an exceptional design, selecting finishes, choosing colors and helping us decide on furniture and lighting. Also she kept us on budget; it is easy to get carried away. I really was not looking forward to doing this project but Caroline managed the project and us extremely well. I can highly recommend Caroline based on our experience.

Excellent service. We worked with Shuky and she could not have helped us enough. She always returned our calls promptly. Shuky gave us some great ideas and was always available. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Boca Kitchens to my friends and family.

I would leave them zero stars if possible. I wouldn't let this place install cabinets in my house if they did it for free. They are the rudest most judgmental people. Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable company that actually understands customer service.

We decided to re-model our kitchen and master bathroom last year for our Florida home and hired Boca Kitchens. I cannot say enough about how FANTASTIC they were! They did the job on time, within budget, and without any of the drama that usually goes along with a renovation. We were so pleased with the workmanship, as well as the professionalism (especially by Gloria and Juli), that we hired Boca Kitchens AGAIN this year to re-model two more bathrooms, replace the entire floor throughout the house, and paint the entire interior.

Every sub that Boca Kitchens brought in was terrific. Gloria went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was done meticulously. She even did additional things that were not in the contract. I would hire Boca Kitchens again --without a moment's hesitation -- for any future work we might need. They were a pleasure to deal with and we have a BEAUTIFUL "new" home!
