My husband and I worked with Bruce from Freedom Kitchen Design for a few months at the end of 2019 into the beginning of 2020 designing a kitchen. As we got to the point of being ready to place our order and cut them a check, we were ghosted. Phone calls and emails went unreturned. So we went to a big box store and got the exact same design for less.

Set us back a few weeks with our project unfortunately. Not sure why they would spend so much time helping us design and pick out styles and then not want to actually take our money and complete the order.
