Henry Plumbing

Started planning a bathroom remodel with Henry Kitchen and Bath in Spring of 2021. Great designer, great plan. Placed a five digit deposit in late August of 2021 with the understanding that the work wouldn't happen until June of 2022. We were informed not long ago that the project wouldn't begin until October of 2022. Within the past few days that has now been pushed to December of 2022 or possibly January 2023, and the certainty of those dates is very vague. The "creeping delay" is now becoming excessive. We have little confidence that these dates will hold up. Unacceptable.

I had a good experience with Henry when picking out bathroom fixtures, but then received radio silence when I was ready to order after a few emails back and forth with questions/final details and measurements. Tried contacting the designer and the admin that paired us three more times to no avail. I guess we'll get the things we picked out from another store--I wouldn't have thought it was so hard to give a business several thousand dollars. Just be aware you might be wasting your time with them.

I had the good fortune of getting in touch with Linda when I called Henry Kitchen and Bath. Linda gave me her time and attention and the customer service I received was excellent. Jennifer T was absolutely outstanding to deal with. She answered all of our questions and couldn't have been any better to deal with. Highly recommend talking to her and shopping Henry.

Great showroom, really helpful people. Lots of different design styles it would Probably be best to book an appointment particularly on weekends as the waves of people can get pretty busy. Still great to browse even without an appointment.

*** BUYER BEWARE *** I purchased shower, vanity and bathtub fixtures from Henry Kitchen & Bath in Des Peres. I am remodeling my master bath. My sales associate, Robin, sold me on a certain brand knowing my need date. After I placed the order her communication went silent. 8 days after purchase she couldn't tell me when the product would arrive. She said there was no one to call, I just needed to wait like everyone else.

Meanwhile my contractor needed to finish the job. After a fight, I canceled the order. I went to Home Depot and purchased the exact same product except for shower head. Robin told me no other company offered a similar product. Now my bath looks great. Henry Kitchen & Bath is in business for one thing - COMMISSION!

We recently worked with Joanne Conley to design and renovate a guest bathroom and master bathroom in our home. While I had a vague idea of what I wanted to do, Joanne was able to take my ideas and put them into designs that turned out beautifully! She also made sure that we had the quantity and correct materials we needed for the project and the quality was great - and didn't break the bank!

During the project, Joanne was very responsive to questions and helped us to stage deliveries of materials. I enjoyed Joanne's patience with me throughout the design and completion process - we couldn't have done it without her!

We came in with pretty clear ideas for our master bath remodel and Joanne helped us pick out all of the materials in less than two hours. She had a lot of great ideas and really helped narrow down options for us. The bathroom turned out exactly as we imagined. Randy was great, too, very punctual and professional during the installation. The work itself took two weeks longer than estimated since some items had to be ordered and took longer than expected.

I hired Henry Kitchen and Bath to remodel my kitchen and mudroom bathroom and add a mudroom laundry this past spring. I saw a photo of a kitchen in the NYT style section and showed it to designer Sue McCann. Seeing my vision she planned and executed a fabulous kitchen and bath redo discussing new products and advising every step of the way.! Madelyn Thompson coordinated a very smooth work schedule keeping me informed and the various tradesmen on time.

I started the project on Feb 26 and was finished on May 18. Work continued even during the pandemic with Henry employees Dale and John practicing safe construction. I am extremely picky and they responded to my every request or question. During any remodel there are things that are unexpected. Henry K&B worked with me to solve any issues during the process. I could not recommend Henry K&B more highly if you are considering a remodel!

Joann was amazing. I had the classic case of buying a condo with builder grade fittings that I did not chose. I hated it. I went to 2 well known companies to try to get a solution. They offered me "dream designs" but never helped me solve my problem: How do I get my "Japanese spa look" within the confines of my 3rd floor Condo? I could not change the drain locations.

None of the other companies helped me solve this (Kohler or ProSource). But Joann did. She got it. She understood my concept and the limitations of living in a condo. She has both the technical understanding and a great sense of design. I am a very happy customer. I love my new Master Bath. Thank you Joann!

The extent of my experience was just going in and looking at some bathroom fixtures. I was greeted right away and my questions were answered. The only negative which is probably not in their control is the shower doors I was interested in would take over 3 weeks from ordering.
