We are in the market for a complete kitchen gut and remodel. Upon arriving to the store, Janine who our initial appointment was scheduled with, couldn't be bothered to even look up from her computer to acknowledge us, she completely ignored us, so someone else stepped in to try and assist. Unfortunately she didn't know a whole lot, (neither did/do we) so expected and hoped that we would get some guidance!
They do have a nice selection of items, so we went ahead and made some decisions on a few of the basics, gave them our measurements, and scheduled a date, (over 2 months out), for someone to come and do professional measurements in our home. In them meantime, I understood that we would be hearing from someone with a starting estimate so we knew sort of what kind of price range we would be looking at.
Well here we are just about 3 weeks later, and not a word from them, so I guess our business isn't important enough to them, which based on our visit to the store, I shouldn't be surprised. We obviously will NOT be using them for any home improvement projects. Good luck to anyone who expects to be treated like they matter.

I had such a great experience! I looked everywhere for a good deal on countertops and made one last stop at All About Kitchens- gave them my budget and Alex came through with a deal I couldn't refuse. He was so helpful along the way and made sure everything was moving along accordingly. The installers were so nice and did such a great job! I'm so beyond happy with my experience with All About Kitchens!

I contacted "All About Kitchens" because they were recommended by friends. Jennifer came to my home to take measurements and get an idea of what I needed done. Jennifer is very professional and was patient with all my ideas and questions. The next step is going over the plans for our remodel. I'm really looking forward to working with the "All About Kitchens" team!
